However, after I paid him and he departed, I found that he installed a defective fan in my bedroom, which is directly over my bed and which makes an annoying squeaking sound and is loud enough to hinder sleep. He apparently knew this was defective, if he tested it. He failed to inform me of this and is not answering my emails, phone calls or text messages. Now I will have to hire someone to either repair of remove this device. I cannot do it myself, since I'm 83 years old and do not wish to get up on a ladder, since I fell off a ladder many years ago and am still feeling the effects of that fall.

Chris ordered a $157 control panel, did repairs on 2/27/26 & charged $206 for "gas/labor." The washer worked until 4/10. I texted Chris to say it malfunctioned with NO response. The washer ONLY worked on "heavy" mode until 8/5. Once again I texted Chris on 8/5, 8/6 & 8/7. He finally texted stating he was out of town & would order a replacement control panel as the 1st one was defective. After multiple texts & NO response from Chris, I texted him again 8/11 & told him I'd write negative reviews. He responded saying he ordered the part which would arrive 8/12 or 8/13. Chris sent his tech to my home on 8/19. My son met the tech, Jason, at my home. This time, according to Jason, the control panel wasn't the problem, but it was the actuator. Jason, took my control panel & told my son there "must have been a surge" because the control panel was now damaged & he would "repair it." Chris reached out on 8/21 saying he'd "make a special trip out on Sunday" 8/23 to make repairs. He didn't show or respond to texts. I talked to a different repairman who said a "surge" wouldnt have effected the control panel. If it did, the panel could not be repaired! But because Jason took my control panel, I couldnt get my washing machine repaired without that part! I texted Chris many times 8/25 & 8/26 asking him to return my control panel. Chris finally texted saying he "ordered the part" but it was delayed. I never heard bk from him until late 8/30 after I threatened to call the attorney general's office because they took my control panel without permission. I said to return it by end of day.
