Three jobs well done on the same day. What a fantastic way to kick off my new year. I had been dragging my feet to fix things until I couldn't put it off any longer, and I'm so lucky that WaterWorks was able to show up on a holiday! I'm feeling very grateful. I'm planning to hire them to install a new claw foot bathtub.

Had my main line from the meter to the home installed and they didn't change the check value on my side and it leaked bad. The owner said he doesn't feel responsible for a $300 water bill. So I made the dreaded call to Ellison plumbing for solutions. They referred a leak detection team found and repaired the leak. This mind you is not a inexpensive repair however it was fair and reasonable and the work performed professionally. I highly recommend them for service.

Blake was one of the first…read morepeople I spoke with, who recommended getting a leak detection company out first, to find exactly where the leak was coming from, so that we could avoid having to bust up all of the concrete looking for it. Once the leak was finally found (that's a whole other story, and was NOT the fault of Ellison Plumbing), Blake's guys replaced the busted pipe and poured concrete back over the holes in a timely manner. Both gentlemen (I can't remember their names) were friendly, professional and efficient! After getting quotes from a handful of companies, as well as looking over reviews of all companies, I'm so glad we chose Ellison Plumbing! Not only do they have outstanding customer service, they won't break the bank like a lot of other places. We will definitely recommend Ellison Plumbing every chance we get, and will absolutely use them again if we have other plumbing issues.

I was not happy with the plumber that was sent to my house (I think his name was Major). The order…read morewas to snake the sewer line in the back yard and the laundry room line. The plumber came and looked at the lines, however, instead of snaking the backyard sewer line, he attempted to clear it by running the garden hose down it. This only succeeded in flooding my kitchen with sewage. When I informed him of this, he turned off the water and snaked the line, like he should have to begin with. He never apologized for all sewage that was now in my kitchen that I had to clean up. He looked at my laundry room, but did nothing. He told me that clearing the back line was good enough. I called my husband to tell him all this. The person he talked to was appologetic and helpful. They called the plumber back and told him that he needed to come back and do the laundry room drain as per the original order. The plumber called my husband and refused to come out, saying that what he did was good enough. (we were only charged for the one drain) Our laundry room still does not drain. I am hoping they will send a different plumber out Monday to do the laundry room line at no extra charge. Just an update. They did send out a new tech at no charge. This guy was much better all the way around. His name is Jeff. So if you call Adams, ask for Jeff. I gave two extra stars for his service. Had he been the one to come out the first time, I would likely have given this company a five star rating.
