This system cost me over 6k and since then I've had numerous people tell me I could have had it done for 3k less. That's on me. However... The thing stopped working 3 times within the first month and a half and I asked several times for a written warranty and also a breakdown of my charges, which no one will provide. I've requested a call back from the owner twice, who has not called me at all and it's now June. What a surprise. Had another company out here for a different issue shortly after my pump was installed and he told me he'd been here before for the previous owners and replaced the pump for them. I had no way of knowing because Walleys employee took the pump out the first day and took it with him before the new motor even got here. I'm completely disgusted and will be getting some help in receiving a written warranty. The serial numbers on the motor aren't even legible. I'm shocked at the way this company does business. Avoiding me only shows me that they know they aren't doing right by their customers. Negative stars for quality. Negative stars for customer support and negative stars for outrageous cost.

I called EZ Plumbing based on their already positive reviews and I'm glad I did. Everyone from the office dispatcher to our plumber Todd was amazingly kind and helpful. They had a booked schedule already but still managed to squeeze us in due to the emergency nature of the job. Todd finished installing our brand new water heater before dinner time, tested it, made sure we were satisfied, all before departing. He was also very clean and sure that no mess was left behind from the installation. As far as pricing goes they are fair. He explained all the options to us and the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid-no surprises. I will 10/10 call them again for the next plumbing project and will be requesting Todd specifically.
