Both gentlemen (I can't remember their names) were friendly, professional and efficient! I had no way of knowing because Walleys employee took the pump out the first day and took it with him before the new motor even got here. I'm completely disgusted and will be getting some help in receiving a written warranty. The serial numbers on the motor aren't even legible. I'm shocked at the way this company does business. I waited all day, but they never showed. My husband called Tuesday and was told we weren't on the schedule, but they would come the next day. The next day, my husband received a text saying the camera was broken but they would call when it was fixed. They never called. My husband called several times, leaving several messages, but we have yet to hear back. So we will pay another company to fix our broken pipe. They obviously don't want our business.
