Once the leak was finally found (that's a whole other story, and was NOT the fault of Ellison Plumbing), Blake's guys replaced the busted pipe and poured concrete back over the holes in a timely manner. Both gentlemen (I can't remember their names) were friendly, professional and efficient! After getting quotes from a handful of companies, as well as looking over reviews of all companies, I'm so glad we chose Ellison Plumbing! Not only do they have outstanding customer service, they won't break the bank like a lot of other places. We will definitely recommend Ellison Plumbing every chance we get, and will absolutely use them again if we have other plumbing issues.

Todd finished installing our brand new water heater before dinner time, tested it, made sure we were satisfied, all before departing. He was also very clean and sure that no mess was left behind from the installation. As far as pricing goes they are fair. He explained all the options to us and the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid-no surprises. I will 10/10 call them again for the next plumbing project and will be requesting Todd specifically.

Ryan and Master Plumbing did an OUTSTANDING JOB!…read more I recently found out I had some defective NEBCO PEX pipes installed in my home by the builders. I discovered this because I had several (4) leaks in my plumbing. I called several Plumbing for quotes and Ryan at Master Plumbing came in just below two other quotes. I asked him if he was available to start replacing all of my pipes soon and he started replacing all of the pipes within three days. There were other issues he found as he worked on replacing the pipes and he fixed everything he found while keeping me informed of everything he was doing. I found the pipes used in my home were part of huge lawsuit and Ryan took the time to detail the amounts of replace pipes and parts so I can move forward with joining making a claim against the pipe manufacturers. My experience: Ryan and his helper John were wonderful during this whole process. I did not feel pressured and the quote process was very easy. His Wife did a great job communicating for the paperwork part with me and Ryan and his help did a great job on the work provided. I believe Ryan, even though his quote was the lowest, did a millions bucks worth of work. The results are peace of mind. In the end, I would recommend Master Plumbing and Ryan to anyone looking for a plumber. As a matter of fact, I have already passed on his information to my neighbors who I know have the same defective pipes.
