Owning an older home there are constant surprises and we often find the need to upgrade. We have had about six or so service calls over the last two years with Ingram Plumbing and we have never been more satisfied with a service provider. Their level of service is unmatched, starting with Tracey who answers the phone to get your job scheduled, to the numerous representatives who have been to our house to do work, we have only experienced the utmost professionalism and work ethic. Example - Recently our electric stove went out so we decided it was time to replace with gas. We scheduled the job and a few days prior the representative assigned to the job came to be sure he knew what all materials he would need, so when the job was scheduled he would be prepared. He quoted me a price and when the work was actually done it ended up being half the cost of the estimate (lets be honest, they could have charged me the estimated price because I would not have argued since that is what I expected to pay... who gets to pay half the estimate). The stove was delivered and "installed" by Lowes; and after the installation we could not stop smelling gas. We had Lowes come back out and they claimed to have fixed it, but the work the Lowes contractors did literally made the Ingram representative laugh. I finally decided it was worth the cost to have Ingram come back out and check behind Lowes, as a gas leak is nothing we wanted to hesitate to have reviewed by a professional. He also broke the side of the bathtub while taking the side off to find the leak. Finally, he called his supervisor who came out and found the leak in 15 minutes. They had a booked schedule already but still managed to squeeze us in due to the emergency nature of the job. Todd finished installing our brand new water heater before dinner time, tested it, made sure we were satisfied, all before departing. He was also very clean and sure that no mess was left behind from the installation. As far as pricing goes they are fair. He explained all the options to us and the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid-no surprises.
