Once the leak was finally found (that's a whole other story, and was NOT the fault of Ellison Plumbing), Blake's guys replaced the busted pipe and poured concrete back over the holes in a timely manner. Both gentlemen (I can't remember their names) were friendly, professional and efficient! After getting quotes from a handful of companies, as well as looking over reviews of all companies, I'm so glad we chose Ellison Plumbing! Not only do they have outstanding customer service, they won't break the bank like a lot of other places. We will definitely recommend Ellison Plumbing every chance we get, and will absolutely use them again if we have other plumbing issues.

The technician, Andy, came in after he gathered his equipment out of the truck. He looked at the equipment, and presented an estimate of the impending work that was going to be needed. Andy informed me that lighting had struck my unit and sent an electrical serge through my home. Because I have home owners insurance, Andy's company worked with my insurance company and was able to install into my home an inside and outside unit with no out of the pocket costs besides the small deductible owed to my insurance company. When I set up the appointment, the rep on the phone was courteous, helpful and well informed. I found that all of the employees I encountered were knowledgeable as well as friendly and courteous. I will definitely use SameDayAire and recommend them to anyone who needs air conditioning and heating services. Thanks Andy for keeping me informed through every step of my process. Lisa Thompson

This system cost me over 6k and since then I've had numerous people tell me I could have had it done for 3k less. That's on me. However... The thing stopped working 3 times within the first month and a half and I asked several times for a written warranty and also a breakdown of my charges, which no one will provide. I've requested a call back from the owner twice, who has not called me at all and it's now June. What a surprise. Had another company out here for a different issue shortly after my pump was installed and he told me he'd been here before for the previous owners and replaced the pump for them. I had no way of knowing because Walleys employee took the pump out the first day and took it with him before the new motor even got here. I'm completely disgusted and will be getting some help in receiving a written warranty. The serial numbers on the motor aren't even legible. I'm shocked at the way this company does business. Avoiding me only shows me that they know they aren't doing right by their customers. Negative stars for quality. Negative stars for customer support and negative stars for outrageous cost.
