He even ripped out my old skimmer box and installed a new one and his guys did outstanding concrete work around the replacement. He converted us to salt so we are all set to go I am satisfied with Rich's work and his price was the icing on the cake. Stop looking just hire him he won't disappoint!! My husband researched and when he spoke with Rich of All Pools, he was confident he had found the company to bring our pool back to life. Rich came out and took measurements and spoke with my husband about what was needed and what we wanted. We needed a new pool liner. We also wanted to convert over to salt. The quoted estimate was a very good price for all that was included. Our pool is 50 years old and they had to do a few repairs to the floor, walls and wall skimmer but Rich's crew took care of that after Rich was notified and he looked at what needed to be done. Now our pool is back in tip top shape and ready for the summer. If you are in need of a new liner or any work, All Pools is quality work for a good price.

We are not knowledgeable with in ground pools…read more I received a few recommendations off of NextDoor for Coastal Living Pools, with Mr. Kris Giles when our pump stopped working. I had called a few pool companies and Mr. Giles was the only one who seemed very knowledgeable. My issue was a pump has gone bad leaving my pool a very dark green and non functioning. He came in, changed out the pump to a newer model, changed some of the PVC tubes, cleaned my pool until it was crystal clear/pristine. He made sure the chemicals were correct and checked back in with me every few days to make sure it was going smoothly. I will also say he ended up being more fair in price. Other companies were going to charge double what he did, and I did let him know, but he was genuinely more concerned with everything working correctly more so than the money. I ended up needing to call again because I couldn't figure something out with the pump (about 2 months later) he came right back out, fixed the issue, and was more than reasonable in price. I will only contact Coastal Living' Pools!

Walt, the owner personally came out and did pool school with us after work one night, so we felt completely educated on every aspect of our brand new pool. I didn't even complain that I had to pay approx $100 more on my electric bill because the ground water pump ran for 3 weeks instead of 3 days. They finished the job and it turned out ok thanks to having good workers at the site. A month later, we had torrential rains and I saw the drain wasn't working, so I called the office to ask for advice. The person answering the phone kept telling me she didn't understand my problem, very frustrating. I called the next day and asked to speak to the owner about how to get it working, since they built the pool originally. I left a message with the person answering the phone but the owner never called me back. The point of this review is to let you know that if you want to use this company, go ahead, they may do OK. But just be aware that once they're finished and paid, they will not help you in any way, including not answering any questions about your pool. They're completely done with you.

A week later we were scheduled for liner replacement on Monday. No show no call. Showed up Tuesday. New liner installed. Husband noticed the ball valves hadn't been installed. Texted Kevin I. Regards to our upgraded ladder still hasn't shown up & let him know about the ball valves. He said his guys did t have any in their truck during the install which was over 2 weeks ago. I guess they just weren't going to install them which are important for pool maintenance. The ladder situation- no upgraded ladder since I had texted Devin that we would order our own set of steps. Plus a pool bottom mat. I never received an acknowledgment on our request. So we assumed we would get the upgraded ladder still. I didn't order the set we wanted. My complaint or should say dissatisfaction with Syan pools would be lack of communication & not installing a completed piping system which was paid for. Hopefully Kevin shows up this week to install the ball valves as he stated. It Friday @ 5pm. So maybe tomorrow.
