The "proof" they said was an email in which they claimed to have done it. They couldn't figure out which day they'd done it. They showed "before and after" pictures that could have been taken anytime, but since we are retired and spend our time in the room that overlooks the pool, we can safely attest they didn't come on the days they charged us.
