The "proof" they said was an email in which they claimed to have done it. They couldn't figure out which day they'd done it. They showed "before and after" pictures that could have been taken anytime, but since we are retired and spend our time in the room that overlooks the pool, we can safely attest they didn't come on the days they charged us. I asked for a breakdown of what is included and he said there is a checklist but that it wouldn't do me any good. I told him not to charge me and to cancel my service and his reply was there is no contract and that he was on the road driving around without information on my service. The website states monthly cleaning starting at 99/month. I pay almost twice that and my pool is still dirty. What a shame their service has turned into this. Rude and unprofessional...beware!
