I called Ben after seeing all the good reviews. He is a true professional who really knows his craft. He taught us how to operate the equipment and gave us referrals to resolve the leak in the pool and get it replastered. He supported us through the entire process. Several people mentioned our equipment was old but it was still working and Ben helped us avoid paying out extra costs to fix things that weren't broken. Ben shows up every week on time and sends a status report with chlorine levels, PH and work that was done. Ben has always worked in our best interests and best of all, our pool is beautiful and ready to swim in.

The pool was not properly cleaned with lots of sand left on the bottom of the pool. I called the owner to report this and the owner said if you don't like it then find another company. I pay 190/month and the owner said you should buy a vacuum, I asked why when I pay for pool cleaning service to which he said vacuuming isn't always included. I asked for a breakdown of what is included and he said there is a checklist but that it wouldn't do me any good. I told him not to charge me and to cancel my service and his reply was there is no contract and that he was on the road driving around without information on my service. The website states monthly cleaning starting at 99/month. I pay almost twice that and my pool is still dirty. What a shame their service has turned into this. Rude and unprofessional...beware!

Bo came out and showed me the operation of the pump and solar heating system and recommended a Hayward pump, which he sent me a link to so I could get the best price. He just installed it and it is so quiet and the job he did was top notch. I highly recommend this company. They are responsive to calls and show up on time. They are also very polite and super knowledgeable on pools.

He comes by for the first time and throws a mini tantrum by grabbing leaves out of the skimmer and literally throwing/chucking it on the ground because the pool has lots of leaves and needs to be cleaned? Now, this is weird, because he cleans pools?? Proceeds to vent to get his day off his chest and say that "I am not going to service this pool again"?? Can't make this up. I never owned a pool, this is our first home, this guy was a terrible experience. I'm so surprised because before writing this review I looked up his company and he has good reviews. Not sure what happened here. He complained about the tree that sheds leaves on and on and on - what did I do? I listened to the pool guy that I just met and got the tree cut so the pool guy can be happy. This costs me $1200! And for what??? For him to come by to do his job and deny me service because I had the pool covered because of the tree that HE ASKED TO REMOVE!!!! The nerve on this guy.
