I pay 190/month and the owner said you should buy a vacuum, I asked why when I pay for pool cleaning service to which he said vacuuming isn't always included. I asked for a breakdown of what is included and he said there is a checklist but that it wouldn't do me any good. I told him not to charge me and to cancel my service and his reply was there is no contract and that he was on the road driving around without information on my service. The website states monthly cleaning starting at 99/month. I pay almost twice that and my pool is still dirty. What a shame their service has turned into this. Rude and unprofessional...beware!
