Mel came with her assistant. They dove the pool, as well as, checked the perimeter of the pool with the sound device and then checked the pump area and filter for leaks. They fixed several small leaks. Stated thed would come back in a day or 2 to complete the repairs once they had the parts. On Monday I notified Mel the pool still had a leak, though less now. She stated they'd come out on Tuesday. On Tuesday, she came out as promised, installed the pump area parts, as well as, she redove the pool and found another couple of leaks.. Its now Thursday and it appears all leaks have been fixed. YaY! Thank you Mel.

I didn't even complain that I had to pay approx $100 more on my electric bill because the ground water pump ran for 3 weeks instead of 3 days. They finished the job and it turned out ok thanks to having good workers at the site. A month later, we had torrential rains and I saw the drain wasn't working, so I called the office to ask for advice. The person answering the phone kept telling me she didn't understand my problem, very frustrating. I called the next day and asked to speak to the owner about how to get it working, since they built the pool originally. I left a message with the person answering the phone but the owner never called me back. The point of this review is to let you know that if you want to use this company, go ahead, they may do OK. But just be aware that once they're finished and paid, they will not help you in any way, including not answering any questions about your pool. They're completely done with you.

The process was incredibly efficient -- they dug the hole on day one and set the fiberglass shell on day two. Every employee is a specialist at their job, and we worked with Tom, Jon, and Aaron, who kept us informed every step of the way. When I noticed the pump wasn't the variable-speed model I wanted, I called the owner and he immediately agreed to upgrade it at no extra charge. This company truly does whatever it takes to make sure their customers are satisfied. They also offer a veterans discount, which is a great added benefit. After installation, they leveled my backyard so well that no additional grading was needed for landscaping.
