Jeff Nodine was rude, arrogant, and condescending. Jeff Nodine was so difficult to communicate with I had to call his boss. His boss was here for three minutes and solved the issue. I know this post won't make a difference to Blue Haven, but I was able to talk three of my neighbors out of using them, simply based on the service I recieved from Jeff Nodine. Pool companies are a dime a dozen. Use one that respects your time and money. Blue Haven and Jeff Nodine do not. @Blue Haven, before you start covering for Jeff Nodine, my entire interaction was video and audio recorded. Save your breath. You got my money. 101425--Tim Daw the GM contacted me today. Tim was the one that resolved my problem with Jeff Nodine. My pool was put in six months ago. That's also when the issue was. I moved in from it. This post stemmed from a conversation that I had with a neighbor that also had Jeff Nodine.
