He is unable to communicate respectfully with contractors, excavators, or property owners, creating tension and unnecessary conflict. And quite frankly, he doesn't care. There is no reasoning with him. He is combative and unprofessional. As professionals in the customer service industry ourselves, we were shocked by how dismissive and disrespectful he is.
