Rob didn't immediately get back to me, and we later learned they were extremely busy this summer. I'm glad I was persistent. When we finally spoke, Rob came over and discussed options to improve the look and utility of our garage. He said he could complete the work in a few weeks. Normally, I'm impatient and and want things completed yesterday. But, he seemed knowledgable and professional, and so I decided to wait the few weeks. They actually began working a week earlier than promised. The staff was meticulous and I felt they took pride in the work they did. The unique design of our floor is stunning. They eventually not only epoxied our garage floor, but they painted our entire garage. When I thought they were finished, they informed me they had to do a second coat. We are beyond happy. I didn't know Rob before I called, but I will definitely reach out to him when I want the interior of our house painted. In addition to installing epoxy floors, they're professional painters. I guess by now you can assume we're satisfied customers. If we could give Hudson Valley Epoxy Flooring additional stars, we would.
