His replica was exactly like the threshold he removed, not an easy feat given the complexity of the angle he needed to cut. He promised to have it fabricated and reinstalled within a few days, and he kept to his promise, another huge plus, especially for a contractor. I plan on bringing him more projects. For Orange County, NY residents, he is someone to have on one's short-list of tradesmen.

Words cannot describe how god awful this company is. If you have any plumbing issue you would be…read morebetter off handing your toddler a screw driver and hoping for the best. My home warranty company, American Home Warranty, recommended this company to fix a leaky kitchen sink. The first problem was trying to schedule the appointment as they made every excuse in the book for why their technician repeatedly kept failing to keep a scheduled appointment or call to let me know they were not going to show when they said they would. When we finally did get an appointment confirmed, the technician Chris drove up in a small car with no signage indicating he was sent from a professional plumbing repair company. He did not arrive with a professional tool box. He rolled in with a screwdriver and a chip on his shoulder. As it turns out, looks were not deceiving at all. There was nothing professional about his service. After complaining about how the plumbing in my fairly new build construction was installed improperly, he claims he fixed the leak but that his repair might last up to a year and it would have to be repaired again. When I asked what could be done to repair it on a more permanent basis he then suggested that I would have to pay $300 out of pocket as such a repair would not be covered by insurance. When I called my insurance company immediately after he left, the insurance company said they would of course cover the cost of a long term replacement of the broken pipe if the technician was unable to repair the leak. The very next day I noticed that the leaky pipe Chris the "so-called" technician supposedly fixed was leaking again. When I contacted Tri County Plumbing that day to let them know the pipe was still leaking, Chris answered and immediately got extremely defensive, touting his years of so called experience and that he was not going to argue with me about the still leaking pipes (mind you I had not argued at all at this point, I simply told him his repair job obviously did not work). He then yelled that I needed to find a new plumber and he HUNG UP ON ME. I have never in my life been so rudely treated by someone who purports to be a professional service technician. I agree with the one other reviewer who said they deserve less than one star. Please do yourself a favor -if you ever have any plumbing needs DO NOT CALL THESE INCOMPETENT, CHILDISH AND RUDE FOOLS.

Reading the reviews, I can see this may be a common theme. I wanted to price out a job. Anytime…read moreasked me the age of my home. I was immediately told it was my panel. I told the guy, my two general electricians have both seen and worked on my box without any issue or concern. Anytime told me, these electricians didn't know what they were talking about. I said I had other electricians coming to bid for the job. He asked why I need electricians if I have two. I told him they were both unavailable for the next few months due to larger projects and I wanted the work done sooner. Clearly, the two people I use earned big business jobs in the area but don't know what they are talking about. Anytime told me to take a picture of my box and sent it to him before he would do the work. He called me the next day to tell me, he would not do the work until I replaced my panel. He would do that for $4500 and ONLY then would consider the job. I told him that was great as he has not seen, worked on or taken apart the panel to see if there are actual issues. He was certain the ones was old, had issues and more than likely corrosions from its age. I had three electricians bid for the job today. All three looked at the panel and agreed it is old but it is in great condition, no corrosion and all the breakers work solid. They all were comfortable doing the work should I accept their bid. 5 electricians seem to think my panel is okay. Anytime needs me to replace it for 4500 before even considering my job request. What a joke.
