Building a pool is a big investment, and having someone who was straightforward with us and didn't make us feel pressured made a big difference. Jeremy and Paul were both a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I really appreciated their communication throughout the entire process, but even more than that, I appreciated that they were always straight with me and held true to their word. When they said something would get done, they followed through. Everyone who came out to work on the pool was respectful of our property, professional, and always cleaned up after themselves. That was something we really appreciated throughout the build. Most importantly, the pool came out beautiful. We had a vision of what we wanted our dream pool to be, and Jeremy, Paul, and the California Pools team made it happen. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and truly appreciate the work they put into our home. Thank you California Pools Corona.

Thomas and Charla were very helpful (and PATIENT!) as we went through this process together. This was my first pool, much less my first pool remodel and I was very nervous and asked a lot of questions. They were so good about everything and helped me at every step. The cost was very affordable and the work was done efficiently and cleanly. The pool is still looking wonderful today and I could not be happier. They re-plastered our pool and hot tub in January 2014, very fair price, very professional, we are very happy! About a month ago I noticed 2 spots in the deep end where the plaster had cracked and peeled. Not only did Thomas offer to drain the pool, fix the plaster spots, and pay the costs associated with the water company, he personally took time out of his busy day to check the entire pool to see if there were any more spots on the plaster that were defective, there was, and again fixed at no charge. We reached out online, answered a few project questions, included a photo of current pool/spa, and immediately received a response and our first meeting was scheduled with Raymond. Of course our simple wants ultimately turned into what we truly desired in this remodel. Raymond was amazing. He was an excellent communicator which earned him bonus points from the start. Not always knowing the questions to ask, Raymond was very confident in his knowledge, informative with our options, and very patient with us. He always remained professional and respectful when he had to suggest that what we wanted might not work out, or if we had to decline options that were too costly. Most importantly, his quote was extremely detailed and everything was always transparent. We liked that Angels Pools is a local family owned company with all of their own employees, no subs!! We knew they were the pool company for us. Contract was signed, project starts, and thats when we really got to see this powerhouse team work their magic. Most requests, questions and concerns at this stage were filtered thru Arlene, Office Mgr. She was awesome and probably had the toughest job of handling just about everything with exception of coming out and remodeling the pool herself. As demo days are not fun for anyone, we were amazed at how quickly the process took, and how many team members were onsite to make that happened. One team would go and others would come in depending on the scope of work needed. Junior being the Project Mgr was both kind in his demeanor, professional and kept the ball rolling smoothly throughout the entire project. In the closing stretch there were a couple of small hiccups that were addressed very quickly, all resulting in a beautifully remodeled pool, spa, and paver deck. We are so happy and are very much appreciative of Angel and his entire team. We have already and will continue to recommend Angel's Pools to friends, family and anyone that's asks. Bogner was 1 of 3 company's I had come out and do a bid for the project. They were easy to communicate with and worked with my schedule. During the design process they most closely got the design we wanted and knew the restrictions of the city code when they came out which kept us from getting some false promises of what could be done (which we got with one of the company's). Once we signed contract everything went just as planned. I was honestly expecting to have some hiccup as it's a large project with lots of different steps relying on another. But the various crews were all phenomenal, on time, polite and easy to communicate with. The staff at the office was always available via phone or email and was prompt in getting questions answered or letting us know of upcoming inspections. The final project is exactly what we envisioned. And I can whole heartedly say we are nothing but satisfied with the Company.
