How do you schedule appointments but don't expect the person to show up on time? Makes absolutely no sense. The whole situation felt weird and unorganized and honestly made me question if this place is even legit. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Don't waste your time or money.

I dropped it off because we had a second vehicle we could use so I didn't have to wait. I was expecting the worst because of the issues it was having seemed major. When I heard back from the shop, they thoroughly inspected everything and rather than just trying to replace a bunch of things I didn't need, they simply cleaned everything up and it was just an issue with a sensor. I was so happy to hear that outcome. I would definitely recommend the Belle Tire team at the Michigan St. shop. They accomplished everything I asked for at a price that was extremely reasonable.

I visited this location last Wednesday and bought 4 new tires plus a warranty for 900 bucks total…read morefrom Colton. After making the purchase, he handed me a piece of paper that said my alignment was currently all out of whack, which would make my tires wear unevenly and void the warranty I had just given him $150 for, unless I got it fixed immediately (but I had just given him all the money I had available). My tires were worn unevenly when I arrived because of a previous alignment issue, but I paid a shop to fix this last year (which I told him), so this was entirely unexpected. I would not have bought the warranty if I they had mentioned this before I gave them all my savings. I might not have even bought a whole new set of tires until I could have gotten the alignment fixed. I also didn't feel respected generally during my visit as a young woman. I fumbled very briefly (~5 seconds) connecting the pen magnetically back to the top of the keypad after signing something, and he took it out of my hand and did for me (rude, first of all) and said "it's a magnet." in what I felt was a very demeaning way. I've heard good things about this shop in general, but my experience with Colton felt very scammy and disrespectful.

I am sure there are some savings to be had buying online here if the customers are aware of their responsibilities and of how the process works.
