very unhappy put jeep in to have new knock sensors installed 467.00 later they could not fix it ,they told me to let them analyze the reason something did not work why did they not do that first so they knew what the actual problem was they will do that for 100+ per hour 2 hrs and then charge me again to fix it these guys should stick to tires because there out of there depths and there minds if they think i will let them touch my jeep or any other vehicle i might own read more

Stopped in on Thursday May 2nd around 3:30 pm. Got a estimate for 4 New tires right away. Fantastic price for 70,000 mile Coopers. Made an appointment for Monday for installation at 1:30. Arrived on time that Monday the 6th. They took my Jeep in straight away and I was good to go at 2:00. Great service. Fast service. No problems. Everyone was friendly. read more

The staff was so helpful and friendly when I was in a pinch. I needed a tire that was not common enough to be stocked at the big name tire stores. Baroda Tire ordered it for me and had it replaced the next day! Other places offered 2-3 day wait times. Their prices are extremely reasonable. It's refreshing to have a business with such great customer service. I will be going there for all my future auto repairs! read more

OUTRAGED. I made this Yelp account just to write this review. If you want horrible service with no reason to make an appointment, outrageous prices, and slower than a turtle paced work, this is your place! I paid to have my truck towed here and made an appointment for when they first opened on this day a week prior. I needed a simple front brake line replaced (an on average 1-2 hour job) and they couldn't even get my truck in to do that. I thought that bringing it to a local shop would be fine because it was such a quick fix, man I was wrong. I should have just been smart and taken it to professionals in the first place. If you need your brakes replaced or anything worked on, go somewhere else like Pro Muffler and Brake (quick, professional, and half the price) This shop is a joke. Don't most companies have a first come first serve policy? Not this one. My truck sat there with vehicles going in and out for 7+ hours; (I HAD AN APPOINTMENT) Did not touch it, did not look at it, didn't even bother to inform me how long it would take; probably because they didn't even take one second to peek under my underbody. I went to check on my vehicle after the 7 hours it sat there and went inside wondering why my truck wasn't in a bay yet, I was informed that they were just "so busy and backed up that they didn't have time for my vehicle", pathetic. I was one of their first customers that day??? What the hell was the point of making an appointment? So it could just sit there untouched? Most unprofessional establishment I've experienced. It seemed they wanted the easy way out by avoiding my vehicle since it was towed there and thought it couldn't move. I asked for my truck key back and with minimal brakes, I drove my truck home when I heard that it sat outside for a substantial amount of time with no intention on being fixed that day. I was fuming. I will inform all of my family and friends in the area to NEVER come here for anything. Poor customer service, time management, and overall pitiful experience. read more
