Read all the reviews and I was impressed. So I reached out through Yelp. Received a response within 1 hour or less. Talked with them and they told me to bring it in. Took the car in. Walked around the car checked out what was going on and then I set an appointment for the next week for a diagnostic. They took pictures and I agreed to move forward with replacing front and rear brake pads. Came with a warranty of 24k miles/or 24 mos. They offered the bundle deal which I thought was a great deal. Although I am a woman and show up by myself, I know a little bit about cars, and got a pretty good idea about the current market value of parts, labor, and tax, these guys gave an honest quote. Dropped off the car at 9 a.m. and they texted back at 12:30 p.m. that the car was ready. I will use them again and definitely will refer them to others Thank you for the great customer service. I asked to get the resonator repaired with the muffler, he said it wasn't needed. Several weeks later my resonator was dragging. I was charged an additional price for the resonator when I could have gotten the muffler and resonator replaced with one price. It was noted by another mechanic that the muffler and resonator were installed without ensuring the pipes fitted. It was installed without care. Will not return.
