Walked around the car checked out what was going on and then I set an appointment for the next week for a diagnostic. They took pictures and I agreed to move forward with replacing front and rear brake pads. Came with a warranty of 24k miles/or 24 mos. They offered the bundle deal which I thought was a great deal. Although I am a woman and show up by myself, I know a little bit about cars, and got a pretty good idea about the current market value of parts, labor, and tax, these guys gave an honest quote. Dropped off the car at 9 a.m. and they texted back at 12:30 p.m. that the car was ready. I will use them again and definitely will refer them to others Thank you for the great customer service. I could not agree more with the previous comments here on Yelp. Matt is honest, patient and willing to work with a customer on whatever issues that needs to be resolved. I knew what had happened to my car - severe front wheel misalignment (too many potholes encountered) that it caused my front tires to wear out unevenly on the inside... it caused a flat - and Matt listened carefully and provide an open window when the shop can take a look. The shop made every effort to find the parts I needed (Volvo S80 - Lower Ball Joints needed replacements and broken windshield wiper pump) and they were able to acquire all the parts and completed the work while I was at the office. The car feels much smoother and I have no fear of my tires being worn out unevenly since the shop had also done the front wheel alignment after installing the lower ball joints. My Volvo S80 has over 150,000 miles and thanks to Matt's shop, it will see more miles in the near future. I should also mention that their prices were very reasonable and were lower than what I normally receive for a foreign car repair.

I asked to get the resonator repaired with the muffler, he said it wasn't needed. Several weeks later my resonator was dragging. I was charged an additional price for the resonator when I could have gotten the muffler and resonator replaced with one price. It was noted by another mechanic that the muffler and resonator were installed without ensuring the pipes fitted. It was installed without care. Will not return.
