    Ignore the 4 or 5 star reviews, those people are still in the honeymoon phase. That will change…read moreonce they have a problem. This dealer has rarely fixed a problem I had and has made it a point to fleece me at every turn. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. Here is my experience. 1) Car creaks when stopping or starting. I have driven 100's of cars in my life and never experienced anything like it. Signature says normal body noise. 2) Water pools in the door after rain or car wash and gushes out. My fear was freezing water would damage the paint. Nothing they can do. 3) Paint on my Blue Hyundai peels since 30k miles. I made the mistake of thinking I could take it in later because I bought the 100k platinum warranty. Blue paint only covered for 36k miles but white is extended. 4) Engine light came on for several days and went off. If they scan the code and find one in history its covered. If they don't have to pay them 170 dollars to scan the codes. One hour of a techs time. Sorry but a tech doesn't make 170 dollars an hour that is the dealer charging profit. 5) They put their dumb sticker on the car when I asked them not to. Refused to take it off. I had to peel it off myself but little did I know I just had to wait for the paint to peel off anyway. 6) Poor design from Hyundai exposes a lead screw that moves the driver seat. Seat was jammed. Turned out a dime cut lodged in there because it is exposed. 100 dollars to tell me that. If you still want a Hyundai Kia go to Michigan City. I have gotten multiple people to not buy from Signature and one of them had a problem that Michigan City took 3 weeks to fix. They gave them a brand new rental and through on a set of tires for the trouble. No way Signature would do that. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

He claimed the carfax said it had airbags deployed, and while they were repaired, they couldn't offer more and that 5000. Was more than fair. Today, I see my Jeep for sale for 12,990. While I expect they need to make a profit, I can't help but feel bent over.The Manager, our salesman Wisdom , and the young man with the beard seemed like wonderful people.would have been 5 stars if not for Steve.

    Buyer beware. I purchased new tires in 2024. Recently, I took the vehicle to Discount Tire, the…read morelocation I purchased the tires from. I wanted to have the tires rotated and balanced. During the inspection, the sales representative told me that I could not have bought the tires in 2024 because the manufacturer's date, which is stamped on the wall of each tire, is different from the purchase date I provided. Turns out two of the tires were from 2020, the original purchase year of my vehicle, and the other two were from 2021. Prognosis: I needed 4 new tires due to the wear factor of each tire. Once the original bill of sale was produced, I was told that it must have been a manufacturer's error and that the Michelin Primacy tire I purchased isn't very popular, so the manufacturer must have shipped Discount Tire old tires, and the store didn't realize it. The very same day, my wife had an appointment with the same Discount Tire to have a flat repaired. I was told that she drove on the flat for too long and that the tire needed to be replaced. I informed the manager that this was not the case. The drive's flat tire went flat less than 50 feet from my driveway, and the car sat until our scheduled appointment. The manager stated that it was a bad tire and suggested I buy 4 new tires because the tires on the vehicle were hard to locate and match. He also said that he believed that the whole was too large to repair. At that point, I asked the manager to place the tire back in the hatch of my vehicle, so that I could drive the vehicle across the street to the dealer who had just performed a full inspection of the vehicle, including the tires, not more than a week before the flat. The dealer provided a written inspection report, showing that my 2024 vehicle was tip-top, including the tires. At that point, the manager of Discount Tire took the flat tire into his shop, where it was concluded that the tire was not faulty and that it could be repaired.

    Greeted by an energetic customer service rep. Listened to…read moremy concern. Turned over to another rep who evaluated my tire size, etc. 10 minutes later took the car in. 15 minutes later after a complete check I was on the road. Replaced a valve stem which seemed to be problem, have not had problem since . Fred of charge !
