When we checked the footage the employee was the one who crashed. I took it back home and the tire they had changed was completly flat. After that They sent me to someone they knew from a body shop (route 19 body shop in elgin) to get the rear end fixed and they had my car for over 2 months and wouldn't update me or answer my calls, I went to go check up on it and found my car unlocked, with keys inside and alcoholic beverages so I took it home and was never contacted after that. There is gaps in the panels in the rear of the car and the panels that were "fixed & painted" are now chipping and peeling. Worst experience ever!

As a customer -- and more importantly, as someone who served this country -- I expected honesty and quality from a local business. Instead, I feel taken advantage of. I trusted this shop with my hard-earned money, and what I got in return was overpriced, low-quality products that didn't even last 60 days.
