I dropped off my new car to get a nail taken out, and ended up with a dent on my passenger side. While I was putting my book bag in the passenger side, I noticed a pretty large crease going horizontally. Niazi insisted that he didn't know what happened, but that he would take responsibility since it happened at his shop. The bad: he sent me to his nephew's body shop for repairs, that lead to other damages, but I'll leave it for that shop's review. His nephew, like him, was really nice. But again, nice doesn't make up for damages. The bottom line: a dent shouldn't have been made for a simple nail removal and patch job.

I was outside on a phone call when one of the guys came to the front and took my car around the corner. I don't mind my car being driven fast, apparently neither did the mechanic as he peeled it off the parking lot to take my car around the block to the back. I go to wait in the waiting area and after a bit the person in the front asks me for my wheel lock key. I reminded him I put it on the passenger seat. They couldn't find it. I let him know about the mechanic that took off speeding in my car, possibly that action made the key fly off the seat. They eventually located the key...I had to go help look, it was under the driver seat, under the mat. How crazy was this person driving my car that it flew from the passenger seat to where they found it. They completed what I showed up for so for that im grateful but the heart attack i had when they couldn't find my key was unnecessary. Maybe slow down so you're not losing wheel lock keys for your clients. Other than that, the gentleman in the front was very nice.

They (without authorization) cut the wheel locks off of my tires. Charged me for replacement lug nuts and labor. The key for the wheel locks was in my glove compartment. Was quoted 800 for all repairs. Once my vehicle repairs were complete my bill somehow climbed to 1100. I was NEVER contacted to approve the additional work completed. Once home we looked under the hood only to discover the "part they were waiting for (dipstick) was not replaced. When I questioned Emilio at Chicagoland tire I was given an apology along with a bill filled with misc. charges. The other interesting discover were shop paper towels under the hood. I was also told I would receive a refund for the lug nuts and the labor charges associated with the unnecessary replacement. Needless to say the check never came.
