I like this place. I will be returning soon. A friend of mine recommended this place and it took awhile for me to try it because Im on the opposite end of town. When i pulled up through the drive thru there was a line, which is a good sign. I ordered a breakfast burrito and pulled around to the second window. I didn't take long. The burrito was fresh, hot, made to order. The salsa could've been a little spicier but everyone's spice tolerance level is different. The burrito was solid! Id give it an A! This was a once great place I had eaten at untill I ordered three small bags of chips with salsa enchiladas and also two Carne guisada burritos added beans,rice and cheese and a side of sour cream pluss three large drinks for my fellow coworkers. When I returned to work excited about our order I noticed my enchiladas didn't have rice and beans which always come in our order as we ordered quite frequently because I always say,"let's get Pollies "so I told my friends I'd be right back because it's just a few blocks from our work, so When I approached the window the manager lady gave me an ugly look because she had just seen me a few minutes ago and I asked,"what happened,I didn't get my rice and beans how much will it cost to add it since they didn't give me any," with card in hand she said they were training a new employee and explained maybe I ordered incorrectly because of the background noise maybe she was right and if you don't understand what I am explaining to you I am going to charge you for the rice and beans which I was prepared with card in hand to do,so she said drive over to the next window and I'll give you rice and beans so I just drove off upset at how a great customer could be treated with such disrespect so when I returned to work my fellow employees asked "did they fix your order""No,that didn't go so well" I explained and ate my cold enchiladas without my sour cream I ordered and didn't get almost hesitant to eat because of having lost my appetite,so my friends and I all agreed never to return to this once called a great place to eat again.and if you decide to eat here always check your order before you leave because they always forget to give you your salsa and sour cream and I hope you don't experience the same bad managers attitude and have to return to correct your order. read more

Okay. Houston and Dallas could learn a thing from West Texas. even smaller towns around here have drive-up burrito places that are just absolutely awesome. I was in the operating room working at Covenant medical center in Lubbock and asked who makes great burritos around here and everybody said go to Polly's. They are open early until 2 p.m. and the breakfast burritos are awesome. Made from a homemade 10-inch tortilla this is one big breakfast burrito. They have the traditional Mexican chorizo but also bacon egg cheese traditional sausage and other toppings that you will definitely find to your liking. it's also very traditional Mexican food as they serve menudo seasonally. This burrito is massive. Made-to-order hot and fresh with great ingredients. you can drive through which is usually a long line or you can walk up in order outside. There's no inside seating just some tables outside. In a city that has lots of places like this I have never found a better spot. Shout out to Covenant or for hooking me up with Polly's. read more

The food is good but they employees cannot get orders correct. On top of this they are very slow. I waited in line for 20 minutes, ordered a breakfast burrito and specifically asked for no cheese on the burrito, she said yes, I paid her drove around the building to get my order, opened breakfast up and its not at all what I asked for.. Polly's burritos are amazing however do not get the enchilada plate. Probably the worst enchiladas I have ever ate. The tortillas were hard and the cheese was not even melted. The sauce was also cold. TRAGIC! I would stick to burritos from now on. read more

DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS THEY DONT DESERVE IT. People are doing hard enough right now we don't have money to just throw away. I spent $20 with them and they messed up half my order and refuse to make it right. They DONT answer the phone and they DONT give receipts and they WONT fix their fuck ups- SHITTY WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. Since they wouldn't answer the phone I sent them a message on their Facebook and they read it but never responded then this morning said it was too late to fix my order even though I attempted to reach them as soon as I got my food. read more
