I have always lived the food at Pollo Tropical but this location is disgusting and my husband and I personally watched one of the guys who was cleaning the dining area as well as delivering the food out to the tables and he was cleaning without any gloves on and then taking the food with the same hands he had just been cleaning with without washing his hands or anything. The bar area where all the salsas and sides like onion and tomatoes was filthy. Very disappointing experience. read more
