I have a Fitness challenge coming up at OTF I need to bulk up more than my usual salad and chopchops. I ordered their pollo à la plancha (grilled chicken), moros rice and tostones. My order was a pretty good size came delivered at a good temperature. I will say the order was mostly rice, but the grilled chicken breast was bad enough and had a nicely tangy citrus marinade plus lots of little onions. The fried cheese was served on a little piece of pita bread and is a must try. I also enjoyed the refried bean soup, especially when dipped with plantain chips. As far as my main course, everyone knows how much I love cows! I enjoyed a sizable piece of churrasco, juicy even at medium well, sweet plantains and moros (here they serve it with red beans instead of black beans) and crispy house-made plantain chips. First, we ordered a bandeja paisa , two empanadas colombiana, a coke, and manzana postobon which owner said he had one left for me to come by and get it. When we get there they dont accept any cards, so i had to zelle him. Apart from that we leave and while im in the car, i noticed he put in two cokes. Owner knew he didnt have a postobon, yet decided to tell us he did and slipped in two cokes thinking we werent going to return. As we return, he pretends to look for it and then says an excuse about how he doesnt have anymore so i took a sprite. When we got home, we open up the food and the bandeja looked horrible, the egg was fried terribly we didnt get any frijoles or avocado and carne molida was poorly done. Apart from the bandeja paisa, the empanadas they gave us werent even colombian empanadas. Deffinetly not returning to this place again.
