I come to this pollo tropical twice a week. Alejandro is such a sweetheart, he has the best attitude with every costumer at all times. His order never misses a single thing and his costumer service is always outstanding. read more

Second time I order online and they always miss items. First time they forgot the plantains. Second time they forgot TWO Caesar salads. It was the two sides we ordered with a whole chicken. A side of fries and the wrong yuca bites. Other family members have ordered and the orders are never complete. read more

Alejandro was working outside in the drive through at lunch. He moved the line quickly and made sure my order was correct. He was excellent

The worst food ever...ordered the coconut shrimp dinner got 3 pieces of overly deep fried shrimp so needless to say it was tough and hard to bite into. The Ceasar salad was so watery it was leaking out of the container. First and definitely the last time for that. Definitely a waste of money... read more

5 stars for food and service. No complaints. Milagros is a delightful member of their staff.

I know companies are trying what they can to save money but god damn this is beyond greed, first of all they got my order wrong I told them I wanted onions and they threw the whole corn field on my plate, and I asked for chicken, I'm thinking they're gonna give me a decent portion of chicken, I look at my plate mf it's nothing but disappointment, it's like they gave me a malnourished chicken from the farms and slapped this bs on my plate, this is a known fast food cooperation, not a soup kitchen rationing out food with a drive a through window, and fam I don't even write reviews on yelp but god damn bruh, they need to tell these people to add a lil more chicken, cause wth am I gonna do with all this rice, make snowballs with the shi, but other than the employee were chill and ain't gonna lie the female drive through bout fine asl, she need to get right with me and stop playin read more

Visited the local pollo recently and have to say Great service by Alejandro! Great food as always

Service was quick, employees are kind, and food was hot and great. I love this location.

Pido y visito frecuentemente este lugar. read more

Horrible service if you order ahead. My order was ready but the manager still wanted me to park and wait 5 minutes instead of just giving me my order through the drive thru. I refused to move so she had no choice but to hand me the order - that was all ready to go - just so that I move my vehicle. Terrible customer service and experience. read more

The workers are lazy. They either run out of chicken or lettuce but they're ALWAYS out of something. This is the worst pollo ever, I rather drive further just to avoid a disappointment. Where is the management? It's ridiculous. The brown rice is always hard. They must dislike filling the sauce container because you have to literally ask for sauce three times to be satisfied. Please hire people would actually want to work. They obviously do not care about customer satisfaction. read more

Great place to eat milagros was very friendly nice thanks the food was amazing i definitely recommend it

I went ahead and order online yesterday. I ordered a 1/4 chicken and a chicken breast. It looks like I was served pigeon instead of chicken. $5.99 for a tiny piece of chicken which was mostly bones. This would have never happened if ordered to eat inside but they know most people don't check before they go. The chicken breast was also a very small portion for the price. It really looked like pigeon breast instead of chicken. Charging more for less. I got so irritated. I am still so irritated. I will never order or buy from this company again. In my opinion, and according to the food I was served yesterday the pictures you see on their website to order can be called a scam. They should change their name to "Paloma Tropical" Lo peor de lo peor. Las porciones son una estafa. read more

Although I agree with some of the other reviews regarding the cleanliness of the establishment, the service is poor. The drive through line was ridiculous so I went in to grab my food. I was the only person in there in line at the time. There were at least 8-10 workers in the serving area preparing food and possibly more. I waited 14 minutes for a chicken quesadilla with my side choice being fried yucca - again, literally the only person inside in line. There was nothing fast about the fast food, and the only concern was for those in the drive through. Other people came in after me and got their food before me. The lady was calling my number in Spanish and got frustrated with me when I checked to see if it was mine. I was pretty sure it was, but my Spanish is mediocre and when people speak it very fast my chances of comprehension go out the door. When I finally got my food, I could no longer stay to eat it. I had an appointment and had hoped to sit down and quickly eat my food opposed to in the car, but with the amount of time it took to prepare that was not an option. My quesadilla fell apart the second I picked it up as half was stuck to the aluminum wrapping. The yucca was good, but I was not given the garlic sauce it normally comes with. The shape of it is also these small nuggets not opposed to the yucca sticks which fry more crispy. These were more mushy and soft. Not impressed. read more

This location is good. I have ordered take out more than 5 times and they are always on time. Everything is inside, true that they missed the salad the first time. The only thing is that you have to request the sauce for them to give it to you and no one speaks English (this is Hialeah) read more

I was just there the lady taking the order was very rude and I asked her as I got yo the window that I wanted dark meat and right away she said they wouldn't let her change the order but she thought about it for a minute because I said we didn't eat breast meat and she said let see if they will change it And then she came back and said they did change it but she didn't give me the rice or the black beans. If you guys don't replace this lady you will soon loose all your customers! read more

Terrible service! They take forever to get your order done. They are always out of sauces, which I think it's a lie because an employee told me they did not have cilantro sauce and less than 10 minutes later she gave it to another customer. She then realized that I noticed and called me over to give me some cilantro sauces! But why are they so lazy??!!! Hire more employees that want to work! Will not be going back to this terrible pollo tropical!!! read more

Curbside pickup is a total fail. When I arrived to pick up my order, I called and the manager picked up. She said they'd be right out with my order. 20 minutes later - nothing! Tried calling the phone number again and no one would answer. I went inside (food was cold by then) and when I asked about my order, I got a huge attitude eye roll included! Manger's response was "that's just how Vilma is". Never again! 3rd world country service. See picture of my plantain order. Ridiculous! read more

The worse pollo I've been to , and I've been to many. The service, weather drive thru or dine in is HORRIBLE & always EXTREMELY SLOW! Don't even bother to order online , it's never ready on time and u still have to chase someone down ! Honestly how are they still in bus Update: this location continues to win the worse one! The online orders which are already prepaid ARE NEVER READY, regardless if they're busy or not. I even allow extra time to come pick it up but it's inevitable I still have to ask for my order which is never ready. A total waste of time ! read more

I live across the street and come here all the time. This Saturday, I came in with my husband and 3 kids. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands before dinner and there was a lady in the restroom. She was on the phone and talking so bad about the manager in her conversation. She mentioned that why is he always coming in to our store to have meetings and why does he come in here as if he owns the store. She said that she always had to fake like him when she cannot stand him. That he is always checking everything and complaining on everything. She was complaining and laughing at the same time. She also spoke horror about other employees also, but I cannot remember their names. Her name tag said Josefaa. I think that this is so unprofessional and uncalled for. Especially in front of customers. She clearly knew someone was in there with her and continued speaking. To be honest, the disrespect on her behalf is radical and unfair, as I feel that most employees there work non-stop hard and are always pleasant. They greet you when you come in, and always serve properly and are nice. the service is good and the Short lady Manager is always around making sure everything is in order. I have seen this Josefaa lady around sometimes, but she always has a mad dog face on. She stands around the front area and watches everyone. I have seen her dancing in the back round with loud music. I have seen her laughing and talking loud with some other short lady that refuses to speak English to us customers. not sure what her position is and I hope she is not in charge in some way. I thought I would advise on these misapps and warn you on this particular employee you have working for you. She is not a reputable one and probably should not be there if she has all that negativity towards her place of employment. read more

If I can give this horrible place a -0 I'll do it!!! Cold food, HORRIBLE customer service, they don't speak English and they force people to speak Spanish to get orders!!! I would rated four stars but the kitchen needed to be wipe down. They were super busy on the drive thru so I opted to walk in and and my dinner. I ordered the half chicken with two sides. Rice and beans and corn were my sides. The rice and beans were good and the corn was alright. The chicken was super moist and tasty. My takeout container had some food particles on it. They should at least wipe it down before bagging my dinner. I would go back for sure. read more

This is the worst Pollo tropical in Miami, they always mess up my orders if I go in the drive-through. I purchased today, and when I got home I realized they messed up like always, Im gonna have to start opening my packages in my car to make sure they give me what I asked for. So disappointed! Not to mention The time I asked for a BLT CHICKEN SANDWICH. And when I got home, They forgot the chicken. I left a review a year ago, and nothing has changed. I began placing my orders online, with about 30-40 minutes in advance to avoid any issues.. The two times I decided to do that, I get there, order is not ready. When I ask for my online order they get the ticket and they begin at that time filling my order. This is unacceptable! They noticed that I was upset that my order was not ready so they prepared the order quickly did not cover my beans properly and it spilled all over my trunk, forgot the bread, but gave me an extra whole chicken that I did not even ask or pay for. Who is managing this location?? All Pollo Tropical Locations are busy, that is not why I am complaining, but at least in other locations when you place an online order and the app states "completed" it actually is. At this point I'd rather cook after a long day of work than deal with this. read more
