Best nail shop I've been too in a while! The service is amazing. I was finally able to get what I wanted without an issues or attitude from anybody which is a huge plus! I am new to SNS dip powder and I'm in love. My nails came out so pretty. They have tons of colors to choose from. The nail techs know what they are doing! The price was great as well. I was expecting to pay more! The host/receptionist was very pleasant. She made sure I knew how to book my appointment when I called and ended up booking me over the phone. It's definitely a great place to come and unwind. Very clean, everything is wiped off before you sit down and they offer beverages and small products like body mist and whipped body butter. I purchased a Groupon and was able to schedule the appointment a few hours later.  The air conditioning was leaking right in front of the front door. I meant to go back inside to notify the receptionist.  The place is bigger than you think. Very clean and organized; good energy and atmosphere. The receptionist at the time was friendly and professional. (There was a shift change; that's why I said "at the time").  The pedicure chair is modern and comfortable however it's not high enough. My feet are very close to the foot stand and my technician had to push down on my feet to do the work. It was very uncomfortable at times.  My technician did both my manicure and pedicure. She was thorough and took her time. I was very satisfied with her service.  I wasn't offered a place to dry my nails and didn't see one. read more

I had Mercy for a pedicure (4 in 1 with callus remover) and she was amazing! From walking in everyone was so friendly and kind. A really relaxing vibe and clean place. Mercy was really great, did a great job with every step and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Definitely will be coming back for a pedicure again! read more

This was my first time here. Got a recommendation from a friend. The place was very clean. Once I went in they took my temperature and made me wash my hands. I felt very safe there. They offered me a choice of coffee and water. I got the SNS manicure( which if you go M-W is 30$ instead of 35$. They had a ton of choices off SNS. They do charge 2% for using card which I didn't not know. So if your gonna pay with card make sure you know you'll get charge an extra 2%. Next time u to I'll bring cash! I was very disappointed with my visit here. Let me share my experience... I understand things are hard due to the pandemic, however I would expect cleanliness protocols to be highly enforced. I did not get that from my visit. The woman who did my pedicure did not use gloves. When I asked her if possible to do a ghost on my big toe (simple outline of white polish) she told me no, and left it at that. Then I asked for an acrylic full set, they did a dip, WHICH IS VERY UNSANITARY DURING A PANDEMIC. After showing an image of what I wanted I was told it could be done. I watched the tech struggle to do a spiderweb. If she would have told me she did not feel confident I would have accepted it but she was shaking and the outline was horrible. I asked her to redo it and it came out worse. When I left 5 days later the bottom half of my nail popped off. Never has this ever happened to me. Normally I would not get my nails done during a pandemic but it was my birthday and I wanted to look good. Unfortunately this entire experience was unpleasant and I will not be going back here. read more

I'm very impressed. The tech who did my nails did a great job, the receptionist was super sweet and accommodating, and most importantly, they all followed safety protocols for covid. Only two clients were seen at a time and everyone wore masks. There was plexiglass between me and the tech. They wiped down all the chairs. I have been soooo anxious to go back to getting my nails done because of covid, but I felt totally safe and taken care of here! Also, lots of colors to choose from and great sns technique. I loved my sns manicure. However it lasted about a week which isn't good. As someone who's is very short I found the pedicure a tad uncomfortable as my feet couldn't reach into the basin due to the style of the chair. I had to slouch all the way down in the chair & then the young lady burned me with hot water. My feet never got a chance to actually soak in the water, as she only put about a inch of water in the basin. Also never really asked me about my comfort level just kept ignoring me & watching me squirm. The young lady who's run desk the front is awesome & a true asset to the business. read more

I was charged $123 for an SNS french tip Full set and a pedi that was supposed to be $35. i assumed everything was going to be gel polish but it wasnt which was the first red flag. i just got these nails done 4 hours ago and they are already cracked and look ATROCIOUS. the french tip is halfway down my nail bed and looks so stupi. not to mention i got cut on 7 different fingers and have burns from over drilling. i am a registered cosmetologiat and know that this facility didnt take the proper universal precautions when they broke skin and i started bleeding. not to mention i was charged and extra $15 for the tech to draw a line on my toes. unacceptable and i couldnt even get a refund only 10% discount? my mail cracked not even four hours after getting them done. read more
