You know they opened it because their mom always one of her own originally and have since operated it for her? When you first walk in you're greeted, if you'd like anything to drink and asked how everything was when you're done. The pedicures are one of my favs esp with the paraffin wax. A couple of recommendations: Make an appt if you can because they do get busy especially on holidays and weekends. Have an idea of what you'd like but understand that sometimes the photos you bring are AI generated :) They have an array of color choices and if they don't hve exactly what you are looking for (which is rare), they will fins something similar. Presently they have super cute fruit gel colors and are often doing their own research on updated tips, trends and colors. I go monthly and am happy each time with each tech who has helped me. They couldn't shape my nails round either time, so I had to cut them down super short after growing them for months... I was asked what shape I want? I said round, she did square. I showed a picture of round in case she didn't understand and, she said it was too short to make round, how is that even possible? Also, they grind your nails so far down they thin out... I'm sure it's to save time, but it's truly not worth messing up the structure of the nail. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves... She is impossible to get a hold of. For instance: she doesn't answer calls,and she sometimes texts back but 9/10 times she does not. She also doesn't update her booking availability on her website so if she denies your booking because a client took the spot, she doesn't message you to let you know. Or, on the other hand, on multiple occasions I have had to keep checking my emails the morning of an appointment just in case if she confirms it last minute, even if I tried to reserve the spot multiple days ahead, which is really inconsiderate of my schedule. Not to mention the fact that on some appointments she was running late, or there have been times when i have showed up to my appointment and she just straight up canceled the appointment at the appointment time with no prior notice after I already drove out here. She does cute nails , but it is really not worth the headache trying to jump through all these hoops for a nail set, I'm really embarrassed that I recommended services here to my friend who also had to deal with the same flakiness and irresponsiblity.

I rushed to make it on time, only to wait another 30 minutes before my service even started. Linda performed my pedicure, but the service felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. For the price I paid for a standard pedicure with a gel French tip, the quality of both the service and the finished result did not meet my expectations. I also noticed that one of my feet was not properly prepped before the gel polish was applied. When I got home, I discovered that the entire gel polish on one of my toes had already peeled off in one solid piece because it hadn't adhered correctly. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience and don't feel the service was worth the cost.

The nails are excessively thick, the zebra design looks poorly executed, and the stones on my thumb are dull, crooked, and missing in several areas, leaving obvious gaps. What is even more concerning is that the zebra design on my index finger has already smeared after only a few days. A set of nails at this price point should not be falling apart almost immediately. For $105, I expected professional-quality work, attention to detail, and durability. Instead, I received a set that looks unfinished and is already showing significant defects. I met Henry first before he branched out on his own, and he's so good that I've followed him from Rancho to Upland. I've learned a few things about him that make me really appreciate his work. Being a nail tech isn't just a way to make money for him. He takes his craft seriously and doesn't settle for mediocrity. I'd show him an inspiration pic, and Henry always surpasses my expectations. Sometimes I'd show him two different pics, and he'd put his own artistic spin on it. Fantastic work every single time. As I'd get my nails done, I'd see Jason work on his own clients, many of whom have also followed him from Rancho to Upland. Jason takes his work just as seriously as Henry. Jason can also do very intricate, freestyle artwork. They are both so extremely talented! Also, they do not use cheap products.
