She always explains the products she is using on her clients. The nails are a great price for the quality I get because they last me four weeks without lifting. I rushed to make it on time, only to wait another 30 minutes before my service even started. Linda performed my pedicure, but the service felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. For the price I paid for a standard pedicure with a gel French tip, the quality of both the service and the finished result did not meet my expectations. I also noticed that one of my feet was not properly prepped before the gel polish was applied. When I got home, I discovered that the entire gel polish on one of my toes had already peeled off in one solid piece because it hadn't adhered correctly. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience and don't feel the service was worth the cost.

A couple of recommendations: Make an appt if you can because they do get busy especially on holidays and weekends. Have an idea of what you'd like but understand that sometimes the photos you bring are AI generated :) They have an array of color choices and if they don't hve exactly what you are looking for (which is rare), they will fins something similar. Presently they have super cute fruit gel colors and are often doing their own research on updated tips, trends and colors. I go monthly and am happy each time with each tech who has helped me. They couldn't shape my nails round either time, so I had to cut them down super short after growing them for months... I was asked what shape I want? I said round, she did square. I showed a picture of round in case she didn't understand and, she said it was too short to make round, how is that even possible? Also, they grind your nails so far down they thin out... I'm sure it's to save time, but it's truly not worth messing up the structure of the nail. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves... I have a conference next week and I'm very embarrassed about these nails... (yes, they had me pay full price; mani and 2 pedis $108)

You can definitely tell she is very passionate in her career . Now for the nail quality. If I can rate higher then 5 stars I would . I never walk out of an appointment dissatisfied.
