Brittney (Nailgazms) is my go to with my nails, to the point that I won't ever cheat. I've had my nails done by her for just about a year now and I'm a regular in about every 3-5weeks. I've had Gel Manicures, Acrylic, and recently have stuck with UV Hard Gel. She always focuses on keeping my nails healthy and looking amazing. If you follow her IG you can see other photos of previously done designs and she has promos from time to time, along with referring friends/family discounts.
I have been following Brittney for awhile. I've always wanted to book an appointment but I could never find the time since I live about an hour away with traffic. During COVID I wanted to make sure proper procedure were being implemented if I was going to do my nails again and Brittney did that. Her rules and regulations during COVID made me feel comfortable to do my nails. Since then I have been nothing but beyond pleased with her work, her work ethic and her conversations. I can not stress enough how talented she is. My nails have never looked to amazing! I get tons of compliments. I'm happy I finally booked! I will continue making the drive to see Brittney.

I found Brittney on instagram, and have been admiring her work. I booked an appointment for her to celebrate my birthday, and let me tell you...she did not disappoint! First, the ambiance of her studio is so relaxing, it is one on one which made me feel extremely safe (with covid and such). I got a gel manicure with hand painted moon one one finger and a hand painted butterfly on the other! They turned out absolutely amazing. As she did my manicure I even told her this was the cleanest prettiest manicure I've ever had. Her attention to detail is amazing! My butterfly and moon details are my favorite! She custom mixed colors to paint them on, and the details are so fine I just don't know how she does it! And as far as pricing goes, she is 100% worth what you will be paying for your custom nails, mine are an absolute work of art and she has made a lifetime client with me!
I'm very disappointed with Brittney's low quality service. Not only do you have to give a NON REFUNDABLE $25-30 dollar deposit to secure an appointment, which you easily lose if you need to reschedule or are late, but she takes 2 hours to finish because she works very slow. She also is very limited in her knowledge as she does not normally do ombré because "she hasn't practiced enough" nor is she able to do acrylic 3D, colored powders, encapsulated designs and pretty much all the latest techniques. I literally gave this girl 3 chances, mostly because I didn't want to lose my deposit. As you can see per my images, each time, there was broken nails, missing stones broken tips and or chipped gel, at a relatively early stage of her completed work. I finally got tired and decided I no longer wanted to continue being her client so on my last service appointment I decided to use up my deposit as part of my total payment, which automatically disqualified me from being able to have another future appointment. (Since no deposit means no appointment) anyway, she asked me if I would be scheduling a future appointment and I told her that I wasn't sure when I would have time again. Well, my last set was the worse. Now I know she did it on purpose. She purposefully applied very little acrylic on my tips as to make sure they would be weak and break easily, which they did within 1 week. She knew I wanted nothing to do with her so this was her good bye present. I contacted her every time I had an issue with my nails, which I am including screen shots. I tried to be very patient and chugged most of the issues to just bad luck or a fluke but the last complaint I made, I asked for my money back since it had only been a week and I needed a whole new set because all her tips broke on me. She refused to refund me and she told me she could make repairs at the end of June!! She wanted me to wait 1 month to get repairs from her. I insisted on a refund and her best offer was to try and fit me in in a week. Really? I'm supposed to walk around with this crap work of nails on my hand for another week! Her work is not cheap. I paid this girl $85 to $150 each time I saw her plus her deposit. So if I was you, I would not waste my money on someone like her who clearly did not care about standing by her "work" nor keeping a good client. Be careful because her Instagram page "Nailgazms" is full of pictures, including some of the sets she did on me, and as you can see, 1 or 2 weeks later and all I got was broken nails, broken tips, chipped gel and missing stones! No thank you. I will not be returning to her nor can recommend her to anyone. SAVE YOUR BUCKS!
Brittney is awesome! Had been following her work through a friend that recommended her and reached out super last minute. She was originally booked but immediately reached out once she had a cancellation and fit me in right before Valentine's Day! Was super stoked. This is my second design with her and she does awesome work, her prices are fair for her being a small business owner, and she's self taught when it comes to painting designs but you'd never guess by her work. I'd suggest if you plan on becoming a regular to ensure you know your schedules in advance to book ahead.
Brittney is seriously the best! I have had the hardest time finding the perfect nail girl. My acrylic nails always lift and my gel mani always peel off but with Brittney I have never had this happen. She's reasonable with prices and her work is amazing! This was my first time getting a gel overlay and I will never go back to acrylic. She pays close attention to detail and makes sure you leave with nails you love!
A lot of people don't realize Brittney runs Nailgazms ALL ALONE so booking ahead for her is super important, but so worth it! She's super artistic and talented you can give her any design and be confident she can execute it ! Another thing I love is her communication she will always communicate and make sure you love what your getting which is so important I've experienced lots of nail techs who won't listen to what you want but you won't ever get that here. I always leave happy and won't go anywhere else she takes care of your nails and doesn't just paint them I'm attaching some of my favorite sets by her the first one has a custom red she put together for me and the second has a hand painted spider design YES HAND PAINTED. Book with Brittney you won't be disappointed!!

Brittney is the BEST!! She is so skilled and takes her time and always exceeds any expectations. I have had a difficult time finding a nail specialist that will not destroy my regular nails as I love the long stiletto look. I will happily drive in traffic to ensure my nails are done correctly and I always leave beyond happy. I get so many compliments. Ok, so started following Brittany's Instagram @nailgazms a few months back and liked her work. I've only had gel manicures on my natural nails but wanted to vamp it up to really set off my NYE dress. I reached out to her kinda last minute (like the day before NYE) and she responded immediately and was able to accommodate my nail appointment to my schedule. I showed up to her studio and loved it. It's a little private studio (among other private studios as well). She was very very nice and her attention to detail was obvious as she explained several aspects of doing my acrylic nails. I absolutely loved the finish product!! They turned out uhhhhmazing. I received several compliments on them and they felt strong and durable. Can't wait to go back to her! read more

I strongly believe in the integrity of Yelp so I waited a while to write this review, even though I feel like I could have written this review after my very first visit. Brittney is the best! Anything I can imagine, she can create! As she's gotten to know me she's also been able to help with suggestions when I'm struggling with ideas. She truly is an artist and has done some of the most incredible designs for me. She can make you a custom glitter that is so sparkly you will catch your self just STARING at your own nails. The bling she has are real Swarovski crystals and with the method she uses they truly last the entire time you have them. I had my Swarovskis on my nails for an ENTIRE month and NOT ONE fell off. I drive all the way from Fontana to see her because she is just that good. I'd rather spend a little more in gas to get quality service than visit some place/someone closer to me that is just not as good. read more

I've been going to Brittney for over a year now and she is always flexible with her designs and incredibly talented. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my nails! Since staring her own business she continues to give excellent service and has fab colors to choose from , I normally get a gel manicure and they easily last 4/5 weeks without chipping. Make sure you book an appointment in plenty of time as this girl is talented and busy! read more

This December will mark one year of having Brittney as my nail tech. During that year, I have never been disappointed. Prior I was going to a generic shop that was very cheap and let me tell you, you truly get what you pay for.
