This was my second and definitely last visit to this nail studio. I genuinely wish they would exercise their "right to refuse service" if they don't want to work with certain customers, rather than provide poor service and leave people feeling unwelcome. The first visit went fairly well. I was referred by someone who told me to ask for Conan or Tracy, which I did when I scheduled our appointments--two pedicures and one manicure. They seemed hesitant on the phone but still booked us. When we arrived, Conan did my mother's pedicure, someone else did her manicure, and I was assigned to someone entirely different for my pedicure. I brushed it off, assuming they were busy, and we left thinking we had an overall decent experience. However, our second visit was very disappointing. I called and spoke to Tracy directly to schedule two pedicures and two manicures, again requesting Conan and Tracy. I was told that neither of them were doing nails anymore and that they were not taking bookings with them. I was disappointed but agreed to book with whoever was available. When we arrived, things quickly went downhill. My mother sat with foils on her old dip nails for 43 minutes before anyone started her manicure. We both got the $45 "Pampered Pedicure" and started at the same time--but the service I received was clearly not what was described. The technician skipped the massage and the warm towels entirely. When I mentioned this, he smirked and told me he " o, I did it. I didn't forget how to do my job," which was very unprofessional. I clearly didn't receive those steps, and I wouldn't make that up. (Wish they would check their cameras) He then had me walk barefoot across the studio with no sandals, which felt unsanitary and careless. Then to my surprise, I saw both Tracy and Conan actively working on clients--so clearly, the information I was given over the phone wasn't truthful. My manicure experience continued to go downhill. It was rushed, sloppy, and he didn't clean up my cuticles properly. I stopped the dip process right at the beg and requested a basic manicure without polish because I didn't want to continue receiving subpar service. Overall, I left feeling disappointed, disrespected, and frustrated. If you do decide to come here, just know that the service is hit or miss--and in my experience, it was mostly a miss. Honesty and consistency go a long way in customer service, and unfortunately, both were lacking here. Right before I leave I ask the lady that's doing my mother's manicure if that's Tracy and Conan just to verify that it is them indeed and she looks at me and says "no, Tracy and Conan are at home" I have attached a picture of them. This place is full of lies. And I did not tip. I will not accept this kind of disrespect. Tracy and Conan you should be ashamed to run a business like this. Your business wouldn't be here if it wasn't for your customers! Total was $185. What a joke this place is! Update after the response I received: I want to clarify that I never said I spoke to Tracy today--only that Tracy was present during our visit. If you're available to assist with walk-ins, it's genuinely confusing why you wouldn't also help with scheduled appointments, especially when clients specifically request you. That part of the scheduling process still doesn't make sense to me. I do appreciate you taking the time to respond to my review. However, it feels like the main concerns I shared may have been overlooked. This experience was about more than just a scheduling mix-up--it was about honesty, consistency, and the quality of service. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Thank you once again!

I came here on Friday afternoon and was seen about 30 minutes after my appointment time. Kim did a great job on my manicure and Tracy did a great job on my pedicure. I got the glamorous pedicure ($50) and I think the upgrades were worth it for moisturizing my feet. I got the spa manicure ($50) and I dont think the upgrade was worth it because my hands were still dry afterwards. I would do the normal manicure ($25) next time. Everything looked clean and they use disposable plastic liners for the pedicure tubs.

I found this place on Yelp and decided to book an appointment because it had great reviews.... Thank you Yelpers for steering me right! It did not disappoint. The service was great, the price point was decent, and the nails look fantastic. I like a regular mani and pedi, they offered comfortable massage chairs and a large color selection, what more can you ask for. Will definitely be back

They are so nice here, we came in early on Saturday for 3 gel manicures and they sat us right away! The girls were so nice to my kids and patient. My girls always want multiple colors and most other salons are so rude about that (I'll never understand ) but here they were nice and sweet and made my kids feel comfortable so I really appreciate that. I've now gone to this nail salon twice. Once for a pedicure and once for a manicure. I would say they did a good job both times. It was clean, price was average, and everyone was professional. I love my toes and fingers. It's not easy to get my fingers just right cause they're so tiny but They look great. At times I didn't understand the lady doing my nails but I feel like that's no different than any other place. They did a nice job massaging our feet and took their time. Pedicure lasted an hour and the manicure was 25-30 mins. Definitely would return!

My daughter and I got simple pedicures and powder dip manicures today. We came in around 5pm and had a salon all to ourselves. We got clean, pretty nails and everyone was super friendly and made our experience even better. The price was decent as well ($175 before tip for 2 of us).

This place was a dream come true!!! Michael did my pedicure and my acrylic manicure and they are both FLAWLESS!!! Absolutely incredible, he said he would take care of me and he did. I am so grateful. He is an artist! it was everything I wanted and more I will definitely be going back and requesting him.

Kim did my dip powder mani nails and she was FANTASTIC! She made sure to take her time and ensure I had the perfect color and shape.lots of colors to choose from. I had recently moved to the area and used Yelp to find this place. Called 4 hrs before and made an appt. The place is clean and roomy. There is a charge if you use credit card or debit card there, so bring cash for payment and tips. Prices reasonable ($45 for dip powder mani). Loved this place overall. Highly recommend !!

I have been going to this salon for about three years now and Gina does my nails. She is great and I love my nails. Lots of colors and i've never been disappointed with any of the colors I've chosen. Gina is always on time and does a beautiful job on both my nails and toes. Prices are about what you would pay anywhere else. Highly recommend them. read more

They were able to fit me in same day on a Saturday. At first they were fully booked, but offered to put me on a waitlist. They called within the hour due to a cancellation and I got in quick for a mani/pedi. I got the basics but the girls did a great job, and I love the quality of the polish. I was nervous at first to not be able to pick out the actual bottle, and pick from the chart but it all worked out. Minus 1 star for no beverage service. A small detail but most places I know of generally offer water, soda or wine. (Maybe that's a TX thing?) I rushed in or I would've got Starbucks before lol read more

I came here because I could not get an appointment at my usual salon and I was in a crunch for time. The owner is nice but my nails are meh and for $50 it should be more than meh. In 2 days one mail broke and then 4 days later another, I haven't had this happen in over a year and I did not have time to go back to have it fixed. I expected better and am happy at the last minute my daughter was able to get an appointment elsewhere because she would have been gravely disappointed. read more

I havent gotten my nails done in a couple years. It's usually a nerve wracking experience for me because they never really understand what I want. That wasn't the case here! Everyone was so dang nice, and they did an amazing job. Polish Studio is way across town from where I live, but I'll absolutely make the trek back. read more

So went in as a walk in... I'll give them 1 star for the availability. The guy sits down starts doing my nail. I initially went in for a mani and pedi.. but I left after the mani.. the nails looked good (one more star) but honestly felt man handled and they laughed about how I wanted my nails short... but I work in the medical field and that's why I get them short but I love my femininity and that's why I get my nails done... in my short time there the words he addressed to me were "relax" said that twice , "these take 2 minutes to dry, so don't pick your nose" "Dame, you have a lot of skin on your cuticles" my dude it's exactly why I was there.. I would have been ok, if he would have just kept quiet not have said a word. I guess people in the service industry underestimate the way you make people feel. Maybe he was having a bad day. But yeah that was my experience. I went there bc of all the good reviews. And the 4.5 stars but yeah, that was my experience. read more

Best nails I've gotten in Tucson, possibly the best nails I've gotten ever. I just got a gel manicure and it was amazing. I loved how they took it off without soaking in acetone, and the nails came out perfect. Also, very reasonable price (35 for gel). I was also done in under an hour considering I had to get my old gel taken off and new gel put on. Best nail salon in Tucson hands down!! read more

Worst pedicure ever? I wouldn't say I have regular pedis like some people do, but I've been having them every few months for decades. This is my worst experience yet. In order of worst to best, my observations of Polish Studio: (1) I asked for my nails to be clipped short (as always). The technician cut well into the nail bed on both big toes, painfully. (2) she used a cuticle nipper for all nail clipping, leaving them uneven and poorly shaped even after filing. (3) the friendliness factor here is really low. I don't love chatting during a service but a little warmth checking in and out would be nice. (4) the polish job is chipping the day after the pedi (5) the place has comfy massage chairs but zero ambience (6) the quality of the creams etc is below what I would expect for a $40 basic plus service (think drugstore Vaseline lotion) I'm not sure how this place has such good reviews... maybe lots of friends and family? There are lots of other options in Tucson. Check them out instead of this place read more

My new regular spot. Salon is SUPER clean, bright and quiet. The pedicure was thorough and wasn't rushed. I didn't feel like I was in an assembly line to get pushed out the door. Service is worth the price! Would love to keep this place a secret but it's hard to find this quality in Tucson without having to wait hours! read more

I don't usually write reviews but I've never been so disrespected at a business in my life I have to share. I have been getting dip nail done consistently for the past 3 years and I've been to a lot of salons. Every dip nail I've had has been finished with a gel top coat, even at this place until recently when the owner did it. It was finished with dip top coat which does not require curing so I was confused when my manicure finished with no curing. This was different for me so I asked if this is gel top coat in which he replied "yes." Because he said yes, I followed up with "does it need curing?" in which he said "no." I thought okay maybe it's a different technique than the ones I've gotten the past 3 years. Well 2 days later, my nail breaks when I was opening a door. I called and complained to have it fixed. I called another salon asking the difference between gel top coat vs dip top coat, which they said the gel top coat lasts longer. When I got there I explained my frustration, the owner was completely unprofessional, talking over me, calling my complaint "stupid", not letting me speak. So here are the facts, 1. The ladies that work there are totally nice. I have no issues with them. 2. The owner is not only unprofessional but completely demeaning and reactive when it comes to customer service because in the end, whether I'm right or he's right... 3. THE NAIL BROKE AFTER 2 DAYS I am never an individual that likes to cause a scene or make trouble for anyone, but I did not receive the service I was told (i.e. I was told it was gel top coat) and when I said something about it the owner not only did not hear me out but called my complaint "stupid." Im a doctor, so I am aware of frustrated, and angry patients/customer, and this is not a professional way to handle it. Hope you have a better time at this salon than I did. read more

Decided to give my girlfriend an early Valentines day gift and get her nails done. So I went on here to try and find a good place. I saw Polish and saw they had just opened. We walked in and the salon is very clean and all brand new!! You can tell they take pride in the salon and want to make their customers feel very comfortable. After making sure she was good to go I left to get my hair cut. I came back and asked her how it went and she said that she really likes this salon. Everyone was so very friendly and they made sure she was comfortable the entire time. I looked at her nails and they looked amazing!!! I would highly recommend coming here and supporting this salon. My mom and i just discovered this place, and they are less than 5 min from our house. My mom went or an early afternoon appt. and then loved it so much that she scheduled an appt for me at 5:00 pm. Kevin did both of our acrylic nails, and Kim did my pedicure. They are extremely pleasant, customer oriented, and do excellent work. The shop is really clean and modern. I was driving by and saw that the Polish Studio was open... as it turns out they were only about 30 minutes from close. I only found that out when I walked in to ask if they had time for a pedicure. I got ready to leave, but they happily took me a MUCH needed pedicure. They stay a little late so that I could get my nails done which not at all necessary! Great customer service! Mary did a lovely job on my nails. My feet were in pretty bad shape and she did an amazing job cleaning things up. The salon is new and beautiful! Super clean as well. Everyone wore masks and there was obviously clear, effective sanitation being practiced. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this great little nail salon! read more

A nice family run business that aims to please. Prices are on point and service impeccable. It is very clean, tastefully decorated, has a relaxing atmosphere, and friendly owners. Kevin did a wonderful job on my acrylics he was very patient with me, kept making sure I liked my nails throughout the process from the nail shape to my gel color. Liners are also used for each pedicure which is a big sanitary plus! They are also open seven days a week which is perfect for my crazy schedule. It's a little bit farther for me but worth the drive, I will definitely be back! read more

What a gorgeous salon! Brand new, spacious and clean-it's everything I'm looking for when I am looking to get a nice mani or pedi! I got a nudey-pink dip polish and my significant other got a manicure! The service was wonderful and the work for my dip set was beautiful! The employees are skilled and really take their time to meet your needs. The owners of this salon are also so sweet and attentive. I came in for a pedi they took me in right away.. an gel pedi is 42 I ended up leaving a 15 dollar tip just because of amazing my little toes look, the clean shop, and the environment. I've tried it before and appreciated that she considered the health of my nail. I ended up getting the number 2 and paid $80 with tip for the gel with overlay. The session was about an hour. While she did an acceptable job, the experience lacked the warmth and personal connection I've come to expect. For me, building rapport with clients is an important part of great customer service. Today, when I called to cancel my upcoming appointment, the person at the front desk was unexpectedly rude. That interaction was the final straw, so I asked that all of my future appointments be canceled. After nine years of loyalty, I'm sad that it has come to this. Letting go of an exceptional technician and following it with poor customer service has completely changed my impression of the salon. It's disappointing to leave, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Within 24 hours, my nails starting popping off. I glued half of them back on, but then more starting coming off. Terrible quality. I don't live in town and they refuse to do refunds... so upsetting how not accommodating they were when I paid $115 prior to tip. I do not recommend - their customer service is awful!!! read more
