This is a typical nail salon. I have only gotten a manicure here so I am not sure about the pedicures. I am new to the area and was looking for a salon. It is just the typical pick your color and get the same thing on each nail. Not real mail art or different colors or design for 1 session with out a significant charge. It's all about quickness. Tracy is the best artist that I have encouraged there. When she does my nails I haven't had issues with cracking or breaking. She is the best but she is also super hard to get an appt with her due to this. I don't want anyone to think this is a bad review on them at all. They do a decent job. I just feel that for nails more can be done and offered o make a client happy. read more

I don't know if the cosmos was against me or there was a bad moon rising... but I felt a bad vibe from the moment I stepped in. I read a mix of reviews but like to make up my own mind. Nobody smiling, or greeting, and I LOVED the cold water soak that I had to ask twice to get it warmed. I felt my tech hated her job and me. All I'll say was that she told me... 'take a nap, it's better for you'. Hmmm??? There's more... but I think that's enough. read more

Tracy was my nail tech. First visit she was great. Second visit was absolutely awful. This is why I won't go back and/or ever recommend this business to anyone again. 1. According to their advertised pricing a fill (and I'm talking a basic fill, no designs... no glitter... nothing extra) is $35 however I was charged $45 which was what I originally paid for my full set. 2. For the first time ever I was told no, I couldn't have the color I wanted on my nails. Wait, What?!? "There's a nude color under it so the pink won't work" Huh? Why not even offer something other than putting the same stupid color on that I didn't like before? 3. My French fade or Ombré fill that I was charged $45 for was done with ONE color. And it was the color I'd said I didn't want but she used anyway. I was really hoping I found my place but sadly I was wrong. To say that I feel ripped off is an understatement. I don't like writing reviews, especially bad ones but I think she forgot that I was the one who had to look at my nails everyday and should get what I wanted especially since I paid (and was overcharged) for her services. read more

Polish Perfect - Just. Awful. - Nail Salons Near Me - Eagle, Idaho

Poorly trained technicians who are left on their own. I went in for a gel pedi and it took 2 hours!! Poor thing was sweet and trying very hard, but obviously not equipped to work solo yet!! 2 differ people just kept coming by to check on her throughout the 2 hours. After I left, finally, and saw the results I was very disappointed. She did a nice job on all the prep work, just took away too long!! But the nail polish looks like my 12 year old applied it!!! What a mess! Definitely NOT worth the $66 dollars! 50 delux pedi, 10 gel, 1 "processing CC fee" + 5 tip read more

Owners & workers are rude!! Owner started yelling at me in front of other customers when I wanted to use my gift card toward my pedicure & wouldn't let me use it. His reasoning did not make sense. They are NOT customer friendly and I will NEVER go back to this place. I don't know what the hype is. When they first opened the owners & workers were amazing! Since the original owners sold it, it's gone downhill. A previous employee also informed me that the cut their dip powder to make it go further, resulting in your gel Polish to not last as long. read more

I have found my nail spot in Idaho! This place hands down has the absolute best customer service. I was lucky enough to have Andy do my dip nails, he takes pride in his work and wants to make sure you leave happy. His personality is so welcoming and he talks to you as if he has known You forever. He wants to make sure you leave his salon happy. Make sure you do have an appointment as they are always busy and rarely able to do walk-ins. read more

New to ID so I've been looking for a good and reasonable nail salon. I called and asked how much a regular mani/pedi is, and was informed that it was $55. I thought this was a good deal because every other place I called was a lot more. Anyway, they did do a good service, but when I went to pay it was $65 and not $55. I asked why the price was different when all I had was a "regular" mani/pedi. No gel, and only regular polish on my toes and clear on my fingernails. No special requests by any means. They charged me $10 to put polish on. This was never told to me on the phone, that polish is an extra charge. I will not be returning as I feel like this should have been discussed either when I made my appointment, or at least when I arrived. All the other clients were shown a menu (after my service had already started). I was not made aware of any "menu." I guess I will have to learn how to do this myself. read more

Spent too long trying to find a good nail salon in Boise but finally found Polish Perfect! Their salon is clean (they use new, unopened tools for every customer) and they do a thorough job. I desperately needed callouses removed and they made it happen like magic. Their prices are also fair and the staff is kind. I drive from downtown Boise just to see them! read more

I was very impressed. The building is newer and modern. It felt more professional and clean than a lot of places I've been. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. They had good music playing and it was more relaxing and had a better feel to it than a lot places I've been to before. No loud TV's blaring and too much talking. They had one side that they did nails on and then a wall separating the side from the pedicures. Which gave it more of a personalized feel. "Mimi" did my nails and was very much a perfectionist. She spent a lot of time making sure everything was even and looked the same as the other nails. I appreciated the extra few minutes she took to make sure she was doing everything the same. She was very nice and professional. I felt the overall experience was great and I would definitely go back! There is also a parking lot outside so easy to find a space close to the building. read more

Since I moved back to Idaho, I've been looking for a nail salon that does a great job at nail dipping. I gave up for awhile and then recently started looking again and I discovered Perfect Polish. The reviews were great. I decided to give it a chance and I called to make an appointment. A wonderful man answered the phone and was so gracious and so thankful that I called to make an appointment. No one's ever talk to me like that from any other salon. I thought, this could be good. Tracey did my nails in a pink and white Dipping after removing my existing Dipping and finished in one hour. My nails look like those you see in an ad for dipping profucts. Or, on Pinterest. And, they stand behind their product. They are beautiful! Thank you Perfect Polish! read more

The manager is very rude at times and in a year of going there his work has gone down hill considerably. I would never talk to a client like he does. His acrylic nail application is thick and very unprofessional as if he just is learning. When I told him I'd like them thinner, especially at the cuticle he ignored my request. adhere are a lot of nail salons in eagle and I will be going elsewhere. read more

I was a loyal customer going every three weeks for over a year. The week of my wedding I broke a nail the day after getting them done. They would not fit me in for ONE nail for my wedding... could've fit me in while someone's nails were drying, soaking off their old nails.. I would've come in whenever I could before my rehearsal dinner. I had to go to another place who color matched it as best as they could, I will now be a loyal customer to the salon that fixed my nail. No matter how great the quality, customer service is always #1 so I would not recommend Polish Perfect. read more

Definitely one of the best pedicures I have ever had. The atmosphere is relaxing and the massage was the best part! Hard to find a salon that pays attention to the massage portion of the pedicure. Gel polish on nails was great and prices were reasonable. Highly recommend! read more

Awesome little salon! They were very kind and attentive. The gal who did my nails did an amazing job and was very helpful as I had no idea which color I wanted to do. She helped me choose this holographic pink which is adorable!! It ended up being $5 more for this polish, which she didn't tell me until after she already applied it (reason for 4 instead of 5 stars). Overall, definitely recommend!! read more

I've been coming to this nail salon for over 2 years now and have never had a bad experience. They give the best pedicures. In the last year I've been getting gel pedicures and dip nails and they last several weeks. Typically I have to come back in because my nails have grown out so long - but rarely do I have a chip or break. If you do ever chip they'll fix it for you. I highly recommend this place - making an appointment is a lot easier than walking in. I suggest calling ahead if you want a same day appointment. My only wish is that they did online appointment booking, but I do give them credit because they've never messed up my appointments. read more

The only nail salon I will go to from now on! Tracy did my gel acrylic manicure and omg they are perfection. I showed her the design I wanted and she did above and beyond better than the pic. I seriously couldn't stop staring at my nails all day long. They are so pretty! I got my gel pedicure done as well , loved it ! This place is definitely my go to now ! I am so upset right now. This is the second time I have booked an appointment and then shown up and been told that the appointment was for a different time than what I put in my calendar when I booked it. I waited two weeks to spend $90 for two so-so services without any massage or cuticle work we all. We no one apologized either time. I won't go back. I suggest you don't either. read more

I can't rave enough about everything when it comes to this place! The atmosphere is a reminder of a close friends home with, how friendly and pacifying it is.. TWICE now I have fallen asleep while getting a pedicure from being so relaxed. I've never received a pedicure from here that has resulted in cracking or chipping. I have also never been more pleased with my nails than with each set I receive from here. Shape, color and strength! I am hard on my nails, and not once have I ever had lifting on either end, cracking, or chipping! I typically get a new set every three weeks but had to reschedule this last time and after 4 WEEKS they were still perfect! read more

I called and got an appointment Went in and no one could talk to me to check me in because they were all working One lady seemed to be answering phones while doing someone's nails so I told her my name and appointment time she seemed uninterested The polish was put on too thick without time to dry between layers Even though I was in a massage chair in the pedicure area no one showed me how to use it because I wasn't getting the full pedicure read more

I come to polish perfect for their deluxe pedicures! I do my finger nails at home to save money but the deluxe pedicure is worth every penny! There are clocks behind the chairs so they are sure to give you the correct timing on your massage! I love the variety of scents to choose from and all the workers are very friendly! I would recommend their pedicures to anyone! I may be returning soon to try a waxing service by them! read more

I've lived in Boise and Eagle for 30 years- this is the best place for a pedicure. I've tried many places. They charge more, but it's worth it. I never need to point out something they forgot. I don't feel rushed when I'm there. Call for an appointment because they are usually busy! read more

Im here for the service not for the chitchat I understand but me and Hana barely speak to each other even I ask her can she do my style which is I show her the picture. She look at the picture but no answer assuming she was focus on my nails.. so I ask her again 5 mins later , Then she turn to her coworker and talk to the lady in her own language which is seem disrespectful to me as customer. All in all I'm satisfied with $50 nails job and make my hand look pretty that's all matter I guess. Next is pedicure, for $30 i don't think i worth the money. Quick scrub on both feet, massage that I can say light touch ( may be that's the way they do it) and no nails trimming or cleaning since she the lady said it were short already what else I could say. Then color and put shoes on right away. I pay $80 cash not included tips on top of that cuz I read the review and see they charge you for credit or debit cards so I prepared. Its my first time here so I'll give them another chance to earn my money. read more

I came here on the rec from a girl I follow on Instagram and I was pleasantly received. I had Tracy do my dip manicure on a Monday afternoon, she was quick and efficient, which was awesome. I expected it to take much longer given my past experience in other salons. Overall happy with the result and I would come back again. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. I have gotten 2 gel pedicures & one gel manicure that was for my wedding. The pedicures were fine but after the first one I got done by a male employee I was really sore. He was too rough with the massage he did. I am a massage therapist so I know he shouldn't have been as rough as he was. Anyway I decided to go back again for my wedding nails & my manicure chipped within a day & gems fell off. Spent $100 on the mani and pedi. I probably won't go back. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't that great of an experience. read more

Super unhappy with their customer service. I have been going here for about a year, taken countless friends and referred others. I took my daughter to get a full set it was $45, which I expected, they signed my customer appreciation card, I paid with my debit card. It is ILLEGAL IN ALL STATES TO CHARGE A SURCHARGE TO CUSTOMERS USING A DEBIT CARD! Next week I go in for a full set, they charge me $50 (for the exact same service, no design, nothing extra). I'm flabbergasted to say the least, they just change their fees based on their feelings of the day? The way I am looking? Including their own tip?! Now they are charging $1.50 to use your debit card. Sorry but as a professional and business owner I have to include that cost on myself. You choose to run a business you choose to take on that cost. Not make your customers cover it for you. I then gave them my customer appreciation card to sign off on and they refused to sign it saying it was only for cash customers, after I just charged a fee to my card to be used, so they have no loss...and last week they signed it when I used a card?! Just bad business practice all around. I am sure to tell all my friends to find a new location to get their nails done. Sad to see how poor they are handling their business. read more

Sad to say...not a good service. I was a walk in. I asked for basic which I have had many times at this salon. The cost is $46.00. Gel pedicure. I expected to get what I have in the past but was in and out in less than 40 minutes. There was no callous removal... 5minute massage (I actually timed it). The polish looks okay, but I could have just had a polish change and saved myself some money. As I say I am sad to report this but I truly feel it was bad business. read more
