Has gone everywhere with me. Absolutely love it.

Bought a backpack from them last year to bring bag gifts from my trip to Spain. This fits so much stuff in it. So many useful compartments. I've taken it on multiple vacations, river, beach, camping, etc..... It still looks as great as the day I bought it. Very comfortable as well.

Bought a packable backpack online among other things and this bag ripped two days into my trip. I was very disappointed! I thought perhaps by sending them an email it would be resolved since they seem to stand for their products. Good news they have a one year warranty on most items, bad news if it's a product they no longer sale they will not send you a different color... I've literally gone back and fourth and they can't seem to help me. They want to give me a small credit so that I can buy something else. The problem is I don't wanna buy anything else.... I'm done spending my money on this brand.

Make sure you purchase using a credit card company that has a solid dispute process, you'll need it. Bought almost $700 worth of stuff from them, they sent me a used table as seen in the picture. Emailed several times, no response. Make sure to check ALL items you purchase for defects or damage.

Upon walking into the store, the staff is incredibly friendly. The only thing a bit odd is that it smells like cigarette smoke throughout the store. I believe that is their signature incense but the first couple of times I visited, I assumed that there were people in the back room smoking. The layout of the store is easy to navigate and the minimalistic approach to their displays is a welcome change from your typical overwhelming shopping experience. Rather than display every size they have in every style they offer, they only display one size of each style. I appreciated that because it made for a much simpler shopping experience. Additionally, their sneaker selection is amazing. Every time I go in, there are a few new styles to look at. This is probably my favorite spot for finding some cool sneakers. We will continue to go back to the store for their unique styles, incredibly helpful staff, and amazing selection of footwear.

I think they should carry more brands (pleasures, Supreme, Bape, Gallery dept, Rick, and do some cool in-house prints on high quality hoodies and jeans) and pay for IG promotion so more people can find out about them!

Did not notice any service happening. Limted sizes like small and Meduim on some items. The owmer/manager responded to my review below by stating they are a small store and sell out of sizes since they only get 8 of each. They still have limted sizes. I am not sure if the "why" matters if you go shopping and wear a large and there are none. I was not able to view the size or price tags without having to fish for them and pull it out so I could see. I found it annoying when shopping since buying clothes is the main goal. It is not an art exhibit. Maybe they do not know what it is like to be short and not able to easily view the tags. It is amazing how are unaware people people are of size differences. Yes, you can set your store up however you want. Just not every one will find it user friendly.

What is important in Portland is that Mr. Bruce, I mean Brent Collier has made a career of going to Italy and buying clothing direct, and the same with the NYLA garment districts. He brings it back to little, but creative Portland. Who else does that here? No one. And Collier has an excellent eye. He buys shirts, suits, jackets, sweaters, ties, belts scarves, and more, in small quantities. The quality is stellar, and the price earthbound. I found a great lightweight wool Italian suit at Collier with extra pants at a very, very reasonable price. Let's just say 1/4 to 1/3 the price of any place in the area. Same for some dress shirts which continue to draw compliments. Collier has a wider range of color than some of our stylish male clothing purveyors who hew to black, brown, gray and white. If you want unique suit fabrics at a reasonable price that would qualify you to be in The Sartorialist http://www.thesartorialist.com/, this is the only place in Portland. His former store was the Stockroom, and all the cool kids in town, now grownups, have been patrons for a while. If you need fashion advice or suggestions shopping, Collier can provide that too. Shopping for yourself, or anyone with a fashion sense, shopping for their boy, will be able to communicate their concept to Collier. And with the Wildfang phenomena, girls looking for the next level of boyfriend shirt look might look here. So anyone shopping for anyone looking for style, quality and unique is totally welcome. There might be spots like this in LA, SF or NY, but visitors to Portland shopping have the advantage of no sales tax. He changes the store up regularly, so it's worth checking in periodically. There is also a tailor right there for alterations. If you want style, quality, uniqueness and price in men's clothing; collar shirt, tie, jacket style, and even some sportswear, Collier is the best and most unique place in Portland.
