Not sure some reviews on customer service? Theyve been absolutely spot on. Wanted an N1 in limited fabric and contacted but them it was outta stock. I said ok lemme know if anything changes thinking id get lost in shuffle since its discontinued anyway. 4 days later they had one in my size customer canceled they emailed me asap. so i snapped it up it was shipped next day. Love my viking battle wear in camo its insane. Then they emailed month later said the other one would be in stock do i wanna reserve one. I also wanted the submariner and got email that we have color in size i wanted. Candace is on fire Dehen is the way! get what you want b4 they sell out again. As the previous reviewer said, I have mixed feelings about Dehen as well. I've read nothing but positive things about this brand for many years now, and I have a few of their wool watch caps which are great, so I had been wanting to buy a jacket for a while but waiting for the right one to drop. I recently pulled the trigger on a Division Road x Dehen collab knit jacket in the whiskey color way. Beautiful jacket, feels amazing. It's finally cold enough to wear so I threw it on and kneeled down to put on my shoes and heard an audible rip. Sure enough there's a ~5" tear in the lining around the armpit. I'm a skinny guy and the jacket was unbuttoned & not tight. I can't believe that just a simple movement was enough to rip the seams like that. I've never once ripped any piece of clothing I was wearing from movement alone. Really disappointed considering the price point of the jacket and the fact the brand is renowned for its "durable, heavy duty, made in USA" products. I was excited to buy one of their varsity jackets in the future but now questioning that. This could have just been a fluke, or maybe their construction quality has dipped recently. I have mixed feelings about the brand. The clothing itself is top tier. The N1 jacket is the best jacket I've ever owned. I have two other jackets of theirs, two sweaters, and a load of Ts. The gear is great, insanely good quality. Customer service however sucks. I bought a T shirt in the summer which never arrived, and I've basically been stonewalled by customer service. $90 down the drain. I recently asked for cleaning suggestions on my N1 jacket, I got the reply "we really don't have cleaning suggestions for an item that is 10 years old". This jacket justifies its $1400 price by being sold as a jacket that'll last a lifetime, but apparently they have no idea as to how we're to keep the jacket clean. They sell themselves as a family run high quality company with integrity, yet the customer service is more align with Temu. It's a shame. read more

Dehen 1920 is where I like to go for 100% wool, Made in USA beanies. I have came here before they opened up their storefront and was in for a surprise when only one employee was working there towards closing. But he was super cool and nice, showed me through the production of the products, and I got to shop for a few t-shirts and beanies from their selection of high-quality goods. I dont know any other clothing brand that just gives a random customer this experience...But I am now a customer for life. For the price you pay, you get the quality similar to the old-fashioned unique machined patterns you only find from "outdated" stitching machines. Yes, the older machines are slowly becoming a thing of the past as they are all breaking down and less people have the expertise to repairing them. But the quality is there in all aspects. read more

Great products...but HORRIBLE customer service. FIrst...you are lucky if you get them to reply at all. Second...if you do get a reply, it's obvious they do not care about the customer's issue or nurturing a customer relationship at all. That kind of customer service is gross (especially on a Made In The USA, "high-quality" brand) and a brand loyalty killer. Seeing other's experiences...this seems to be a trend with Dehen that doesn't appear to be changing. On the quality of their products...I have many pieces of Dehen and they are generally of very high quality. I had one minor issue with a manufacturing defect (bad stitching)...and they did not stand behind it at all. All-in-all...its a fairly safe bet buying a Dehen product as it will more than likely arrive defect free. But, they will skirt responsibility on standing behind the product and their customer service will make it painful. read more

Oof, I LOVE everything I've got from Dehen. Which is a LOT - I've filled the hole in my heart with spun wool, mouton and waxed cotton. Flyers Jacket, N-1, wool Crissman, naval sweaters, the Dugout jacket, watch caps and wool ball caps - all of it is built to last a lifetime, and feels built to take a beating. Ran into one small manufacturing defect that was stitched back up within a day. I'm terrible with names, and can't remember everyone who's helped me out in my many visits. But I've been met with kindness, concern, and ovetall great service at every turn. Here's to another 100 years. Thanks Dehen fam! read more

Not the quality they advertise and charge for, you can find more for less, I'm extremely disappointed with this company I've spent good money on purchasing there "there hand sewn tees that fall apart a few months of use like some foot locker t-shirt. I've reached out to this company that prides themselves in hand sewn quality products and let them know about the defective t-shirts and they have chosen to hide behind their 30 day policy and stick me with over 300 dollars in defective shirts, I guess brand loyalty doesn't mean much to Dehen. It's sad that 30 days is what stands in between them standing behind their own product and mission s to statement. Don't waste your money. read more

Ok all. Please note this review is based on the poor customer service I received and not their products which are fantastic (although pricey but you get what you pay for in life). The quality of their clothing is second to none!!! My issue is that I ordered a product on line that was in stock however it took a full week for the item to be shipped. Normally that would not be a big deal however I needed the item as a gift which I did not receive in time. Had I known of the delay I would have made other arrangements. I notified Dehen of my concern via their website but I did not receive a response. Poor customer service like this is just not acceptable anymore. read more

Ordered a black t-shirt and when I received it, I found that for whatever reason (I guess Dehen's own style decision), the tag was sewn on with WHITE thread - resulting in two parallel white seams on the back near the neck. This is something that cannot be hidden, it was obvious. For me, it was a completely asinine style decision by the company. Ultimately, to make the shirt at all wearable, I tried to remove the stitching, only to end up ripping the fabric (which I guess was inevitable). All in all, I am extremely disappointed with Dehen 1920. The quality of the shirt was very good, but the style selection re: the white on black seams was appalling. I cannot recommend Dehen 1920 unless you go over their style selections with a fine tooth comb before you place your order. For me, my shirt ended up in the garbage. read more

It's doubtful that I've ever owned anything higher quality than the knitwear made by Dehen. Their attention to detail, quality construction and beautiful designs are something absolutely worth seeking. On top of that, their customer service is top notch- friendly, responsive, and helpful. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Last year my daughter's cheer team did not get their uniforms until the last football game, and were cheering in t-shirts and shorts prior to that. Much to my dismay the coach opted for new uniforms again this year. I questioned the Dehen rep directly regarding having the uniforms in a timely manner and was met with much attitude and annoyance. Flash forward to now, and we're almost to October with no uniforms to be had, cheering in t-shirts and warmups yet again. Such an absolute disappointment this is. I would not recommend this company unless your goal is to be the only team in the league without uniforms 2 years in a row. read more
