Open junctions, inoperable outlets and switches, questionable wiring, and unfinished projects: these are some of the trappings of owning an older home. Paul came out to do an estimate on our project. I had the project bid by multiple companies. Winner's attitude, willingness to take on the project, and prompt follow up with a quote earned them the job. We had a scheduling mishap, but I won't take stars off for that. It was resolved quickly. I am super happy with the work completed. The electricians came out and worked most of the day in all areas of my home. They replaced breakers, outlets, switches, and resolved loose and unsafe wiring that was downstairs and in my garage. Winner answered my questions, and if something didn't seem right, they worked together to find the root cause of the issue rather than applying a workaround. I was so happy with the work completed, that I hired Winner back a second time, a couple weeks later, to complete the wiring to an outbuilding and reconfigure the wiring in my garage. That work was largely completed Friday - waiting on a part to finish up a couple aspects, but I'm happy with this work as well. I would use their services again, and I would recommend to others.

The entire system was replaced, including the air handler in a one-day installation. Advanced Air evaluated and made recommendations -- without any sales pressure -- so I had time to research what was the best path forward. The installation crew was done in half a day and left no debris or parts to dispose of. They have been very responsive in following up with questions about the smart thermostat. All in all a great professional service. Maybe not the least expensive in town, but there were no hitches, no nickel and diming, and nothing for me to clean up. A job well done.

This year I finally bit the bullet and had my furnace replaced and added a heat pump. Three guys showed up - Bob the electrician, Ty the mastermind behind the project and Brian. They were all very personable, kept me informed, worked quickly, cleaned as they went as far as needing to cut through sheet rock to run lines, etc., and explained everything to me. We laughed and chatted throughout the day and the entire project was done mid-afternoon. The City folks came to do their inspections today and they both commented on the excellent equipment chosen and the fabulous install job and signed off without issue. Also, working with the office has always been fabulous as far as scheduling, questions, etc. I absolutely recommend this local company.
