He handled them professionally and made sure the job was seen through to the end as the hours dragged on. Very happy with the service every step. Would hire again.

Unhappy with: Dent in wall from the ladder and not commented on by the electrician. Dirty flooring and debri left behind. He said he would clean up but did not. Excellent work, but I will make sure all expectations were understood before they started.

Love the new lights in my living room which only had a small little lamp to light it, the new recessed lights look beautiful and simple, and make the room that much more inviting. The first time we used Bright Star was the week of Christmas, we have a 50+ year old house and when our Christmas lights (that were not very efficient) blew out some old wiring and caused half our house to go dark and our garage to stop opening. Ronald from Bright Star came out to help, he did not quit till he found the cause of the problem and quickly repaired it. I am very pleased with their customer service and work ethic and overall know-how. They are the only company we will ever use.
