We used Polamer Cargo to ship a container from Illinois to Poland. They advertise themselves as the most respectable company but reality doesn't even come close. Their services were very expensive, we paid $6950, and it was supposed to cover the entire cost, but to our surprise we were hit with huge additional expenses in Poland. The shipment was one month late, and the worst came after the container finally arrived in Poland. The agent from TS Transped (the company that Polamer uses for custom services), was rude, unprofessional and incompetent. She couldn't handle valid certifications and made errors when filling out the custom documents (the year of our car entered incorrectly). The charge for Transped services was supposed to be 1800 PLN, but the agent wouldn't release our container unless we had first sent a payment of 5895 PLN specifically to her name.
