Had placed an online order for DoorDash food about 2 weeks ago, which was amazingly delicious, although I couldn't tell if the fish had gone bad or if the spicy tuna was just simply too spicy, but I was stuck on the toilet for nearly two hours, and when I called to make sure the fish was brought in fresh daily, the person I was speaking with was giving me a hefty amount of attitude and would not give me a straight answer. When I asked to speak to the manager, the worker hung up on me and then refused to answer my calls after that. I saw someone talk about a hot Cheeto sushi burrito on TikTok and it was one of these locations! I came to this location since it is closest to where I live. I ordered ahead with DoorDash to make it easier to pick up since I knew I'd have my dogs with me and wanted a quick in and out. I got a sushi burrito and customized it with hot Cheetos, shrimp, spicy tuna, crab meat, avocado, scallions, cucumber, pineapple, and did spicy mayo and garlic ponzu for my sauces. It was HUGE and MESSY. lol! But good! Definitely an item to share. I'm saving half for tomorrow so hopefully it'll keep okay in my fridge. Honestly, this location has been going downhill lately, which is really disappointing because I used to enjoy coming here. The food also hasn't been tasting as fresh as it used to. My biggest recommendation is do not order online. I've had multiple issues with online orders where items are missing, including things I've already paid for. At this point, I'm done paying online because it seems like something is always being missed. I highly recommend going in person. I ordered the pacific paradise and they must have forgotten the garlic ponzu because it was incredibly flavorless. I love pokitomik. This is my favorite poki restaurant. But lately whenever I've been ordering ahead, I go and see that they gave my order to somebody else without even bothering to check their order receipt and then I have to wait for them to make my order. I'm already tired enough from work I don't want to wait for my order to be ready when it should've been there, ready to go when I had arrived not given to somebody else. Definitely my least favorite Pokitomik experience and my one and only time at location. Ordered for pickup. Was notified that my order was ready. When I arrived to pick up, it wasn't ready, and I was told I had to wait. No problem. However, while sitting there, two other people came into the store and the worker proceeded to make both of their orders before finishing my order. I have no idea what the deal is here. Very inconsistent, ordered a week ago and my Poki Bowl was very tasty. The next time I ordered it was terrible my bowl was a mish mosh. A bowl of slop. Stopped by for a quick snack. Two salmon poke tacos was just perfect. Crunchy wonton shell filled with protein of choice and customized toppings. Loved that it automatically came with some spring mix. They offer a marinade but I prefer to skip the marinade and get eel sauce on the side for dipping. Their indoor dining room has a rather healthy air conditioner which provided a nice break from the heat. Friendly staff. Clean restrooms. Will be back to try their poke nachos next. read more

Went to try the viral sushi burrito the other day. However upon going to the location once i told the worker that i wanted the sushi burrito he started laughing as if he was annoyed that i ordered it. After ordering he proceeds to make the sushi burrito completely different than the other employee as u can see in the photo mine looks more like a sandwich than burrito. Once i opened it it completely fell apart and was unable to eat as a whole. quality was good and taste was good but overall impossible to eat with the worker having made it this way. read more

I was craving poke after the gym so finally decided to give PokiTomik a try. I ordered a small bowl with brown rice/spring mix, spicy tuna, and a bunch of toppings. Honestly, my bowl was great. The fish tasted super fresh and not fishy at all. The sauces were flavorful and completed toppings well. I even got a free drink for signing up for their rewards program! I guess my only critique would be I wish that the spring mix was chopped as the whole leaves were a bit hard to eat with chopsticks. Otherwise, loved it and will for sure be back! read more

This place falls squarely in the 'meh' category for me. They have a very good, but not great, on-line menu, and we ordered for pick-up. My issue with the on-line menu is it lists all of your additions but, and maybe I missed it, you can't order double of an item. Not a huge deal, but it was a little annoying. I arrived about 10 minutes after my scheduled pick up, and my order wasn't ready. The two people working the counter were very nice and friendly, but seemed rather confused about how to bag thd order for take-out. Still, about 5 minutes and I was on my way. As for the food, we got two bowls, one spicy and one medium spicy and they were both so ridiculously hot that we couldn't eat them. We are both spicy fans, but my God! Inedible. It felt like a waste of money. If we ever went back, I'd order mild. We also had miso soup that was nothing special, as well as a tempura shrimp. I thought that was okay, but my wife wasn't impressed. We may try it again, but not anytime soon. read more
