Great poke spot among the so many poke spots popping up all over temecula murrieta area. This one is right next to my work so i have had the pleasure of frequenting this place for lunch. The topping are a great variety and the choices for the fish are great. My personal favorite is the octopus and at a great price. A 2 scoop will fill me up and i eat a lot, and at around 11 12 a bowl with unlimited topping choices you cant beat it. Love the spicy miso sauce. Pro tip always get extra spicy miso. Great lunch spot give it a whirl. read more

If I could give this no stars I would. My husband and I got poke here. When we were picking our toppings, everything looked like they were old toppings. After paying for the 2 large bowls both having salmon for the fish along with the extra toppings we got.. We decided to go sit down and eat. The tables were sticky but didn't pay much mind to it. After eating half of my bowl I started feeling nauseous. Decided to take the rest home because of how unwell I was feeling. By the time I got home, I was vomiting and on the toilet for the rest of the day and all throughout the night going on to yesterday!!! My body rejected everything I ate and drank after eating poke from this place. Now my husband is vomiting and is getting extremely sick from the poke. Never again. read more

How this place has the score it does is beyond me. I eat poke on a regular basis and this place completely missed the mark on every possible category. First off, it was EMPTY right at peak dinner time. The girls inside were far from customer oriented and it was obvious they weren't happy to work. I've been here 3 times now, i was a frequent poke N salad eater, you know the restaurant up the street by Kmart? Well they have competition. This place has more portions of protein then you would come across at its competition. Even more unique is the group of 3 (two girls one guy) i see up front every time. A brother sister and a friend. Wasn't expecting such great poke, since I usually only eat it in Hawaii, but it's great here. You can pick whatever fish, sauce, and lots of condiments, mostly all included. Guacamole is extra and more than a scoop of crab meat or seaweed salad also extra. See pics for awesome selection. Small bowl should satisfy most, and it'll cost you a $10 bill. read more

I am surprised to see such variations from one store to another. This one has masago while others stopped carrying it but the dinky scoops of protein are not filled as they are at other locations. I always order the same and my bowl was much lighter than anywhere else. When I asked for a little more of a topping, I was charged even though I was ordering two bowls and even paying $1 for what seemed to be less than a quarter of an small avocado. I've come here 3 times over the past few months and have been disappointed every time. At first I thought maybe my expectations are just high based off of other Poki places I've been to. Unfortunately it's not just me! It's gotten worse every time. After my visit on Sunday I will not be returning. I came in about 6:30 and was the only one there, The two girls behind the counter were more concerned with their gossiping to pay attention to my order. I was getting 2 bowls nearly identical but still managed to mess it up. I asked for extra sauce and they acted like I asked for a million bucks. I took the bowls home and discovered the brown rice was waaayyy undercooked and crunchy, lettuce was wilted and slimy and everything was just bland ( even after the extra sauce). My Ahi tasted ok but my husband said his salmon was off and didn't eat another bite. Big wast of $$. read more

A few people told me I should try this place out and I'm glad I did (I went yesterday). Great customer service and great food! The Poki is ABSOLUTELY delicious! I ordered the small bowl and still had leftovers! :) And don't forget to get a little ice cream before you pay. They're great especially during these hot days. read more

My roommate and I stopped by to try this place out as we are poke addicts. The food was decent (Le Poke is better). However, the customer service was absolutely horrific! There were 3 younger looking girls there who were texting on their phones the entire time we were in there. They would go back and forth from texting to making the food (no gloves. Not clean at all). At one point, one of the girls even laid her phone on the counter right near where she was making the bowls. Are you kidding me? We all know how much bacteria is on our cell phones. Anyways, due to this alone, we will never go back to this restaurant. I will stick with Poke N Salad or Le Poke. read more

I was really really excited to see a poki place in Temecula. I just got back from living in South Korea for almost four years and loved all the cuisines there. I loved poki (sp) before I left for Korea and was super bummed that there wasn't any in the area that I was living in. So score ! When I was able to find a place in Temecula .. that's where my excitement ended. I value customer service as someone who works in a customer service related field all day every damn day but chilleee .. we were the ONLY two people in the place there hadn't been any people coming or going for about an hour . When we came in the staff was rude,before we could look at the menu the shorter girl snapped at us to order immediately..the young woman that was helping me with my order was super pleasant took her time and when I explained that we had never been there before offered extra sauces for us to try.. the girl that was helping my sister ,tossed her food in the bag and said have a nice day as she turned around and shuffled to the back of the store..I spent almost 40 dollars on two bowls of poke ..I'm only giving this one star because the girl that was helping me was nice. Customer service is everything essssppeeeciallyyy in the middle of a pandemic baby .. I'm not trying to go all Karen on either of them but step it up. Step it up.. read more

I've been coming here since the day they opened! Waite patiently while they were outfitting the restaurant prior to. I've always had great service with a smile and even small talk here and there. I've always appreciated the small bites of the meat, cleanliness and friend environment. I've filled and redeemed multiple punch cards and have turned a number of friends on to this place for poke bowls. Today was my first time visiting in at least a month, unfortunately I don't intend on returning. I almost walked completely away from the bowl I ordered and drove down the street to the next poke place with good food and service. Got a basic greeting (no problem), ordered my bowl...went through toppings (normal). I asked for avocado (quoted me $1 extra - no prob) but she scoops from the half empty container and there's black markings all the way through. Looks like instead of skimming the top off they simply mixed the back in with the green fresh avocado. I ask the young lady if she could please take that back. I furthered that I'd prefer no black markings on my avocado (her lukewarm attitude shifted to frustrated). She proceeded to dig another scoop full of those same streaks...I say "no...if I'm paying an extra dollar I don't want any of that. Is there another container with fresh avocado that you can pull from?" She continued to dig around further exposing that there's no scoop coming out of that bin that will be all green. She said "no." I said, "there's no other bin? You're all OUT of AVOCADO?" Increasingly more frustrated she says some guy in the back would have to cut more. "Oh, ok. No problem; I don't mind waiting. Thank you so much" I said. Another bowl was prepared by another person. She comes out and grabs my bowl, then takes it to the back with the scooper. Brings it out with FRESH avocado! And her disgruntled attitude. I thanked her, paid my bill and advised that I likely will not be back (even though I'm 1 stamp away from a full stamp card). Guess what she said??? NOTHING!!! What a horrible way to spend my money...had I had time to spare I would've left that bowl there...next time I will drive down the street further. TERRIBLE SERVICE means...you don't want my money. Food is amazing but the customer service is horrible. The two guys behind the counter just had a disgruntled look on there face and couldn't even acknowledge that I said thank you. Went in about a hour before closing on 4/26/21 and the lady who was working had a very bad attitude and was being very snappy as I was being very polite with her and gave me a dirty look as I walked in, I am a regular at this spot and the lady's always are very polite and cheerful and I get it some people have bad days but this was a little much , I also ordered my regular 2 protein bowl which is 10.95 before tax and about $12 after tax I ordered no extras and she charged me $13 which I know isn't the right price , I ordered no extras or anything, it was just a very displeasing experience as I always have a good experience with this place :( read more

My favorite place in this town to get poke. I really love the quality of the fish & the variety of toppings. Most of all I really love the customer service, the employees are always so nice, especially Tobee My boyfriend and I come in almost every week but last night, I was accidentally charged twice, but Ralph really helped me out. Small, built to order poke place. They have limited seating indoors only. I didn't care for mine. I've been to another poke place in town repeatedly and realized that I missed the sauce and veg options available there. I asked for extra sauce because mine was so incredibly bland. Both of my teenagers said they were done and tossed part of their food. (Practically unheard of with those two!) Let downs: Very few sauce options. Not as many toppings as other stores Tofu was plain/bland. They didn't even put dressing on it. Extra charge for avocado when others don't charge. Pretty sad really. The fish portion was good but the sauces were absolutely flavorless. Staff was friendly but My wife wanted more salad since the portion of salad was so small. So they gave us another bowl full of lettuce and unions and then charged $7.89 for it!!!! really???? So for a flavorless salad and poke she ended up paying 16.00. Now we are driving away an have a weird after taste in mouths. What a waste Do your self a favor. Go to the one down the street to the other place on Ynez. Much much better and way tastier!!!! Threw out 85% of my bowl as did my mom. We got the mild sauce. Don't know what it was but we did not like it at all. Like another reviewer said about the quality is correct too. Fish seemed fresh, sauce ruined it I suppose. Disappointing because we like the other one down the road. read more

I've visited two other poke bowl restaurants down here and this place is definitely the best. They actually mix the ingredients together with the fish like how it is suppose to be. But what I like best is the fact that you can customize the spicy level! Don't care about the décor if the food is good. Would definitely stop by again when I'm in the area. read more
