The price is reasonable especially considering how much food they give you. I found my bowl to be super filling, I couldn't even finish it. Lauren was our server and she was really sweet! They take their health and covid precautions seriously. Overall, great service and great food! Very very rude. I walked in and the guy started asking me my order by barking orders at me. I hadn't been there before, and had a couple questions. Seemed like I was bothering them by being there. Sometimes we get excellent customer service, others it's decent and slightly rushed though not many people are in the restaurant.The amount of food they give is worth the money and I have not had a bad food experience here: occasionally there is a tough piece of fish but that happens everywhere. I have been here many times! I will likely return many times! The food is fresh and vibrant. Start with rice, add proteins, and finish up with veggies. Everything is laid out linearly so it's easy to choose whatever you want. The staff has always been friendly and courteous and the prices are fair. Amazing food at a pretty cheap price. I've been a regular here for around eight months now and the quality is consistent and always fresh. It's amazing food after long playdates! I am writing a review in appreciation towards the workers! So dedicated and a lot has been working consecutively since opening two years ago! They don't get enough appreciation especially what I witnessed today in line for rush hour, some pig of a woman started harassing the workers when no-one would give Miss Oinkster her attention she so desired which eventually led her to curse them out! The BF and I grabbed lunch here last weekend while we were out shopping now that we have a new obsession with Poke bowls! This location was perfect for us, since there was a subway next door we could get food from for the kiddos. The store was empty around 1:40ish. We saw two other customers while were there. The staff was great and super friendly plus they didn't give us that look when we brought subway in with the kids (you know what look I'm talking about) so they were great. They offer good variety for the bowl options which is great. They have less sauce options than the other poke place we like, but it was still yummy. My major complaint here is warm rice. I'm really not into the warm rice in a poke bowl. Maybe it was a fluke? But if they serve warm rice on the regular I'm not a fan of this place. Plus they had no avocado. Bummer but not the end of the world, then the guy literally coated my bowl with masago when I wasn't paying attention. That was weird. But I just scraped it off. I'm going to look into the rice situation here, maybe we will come back again when we are in temecula but definitely not if warm rice is their normal. read more

First I want to say that I am not new to poki and it could be the reason I'm rating them this low. Overall I have to say that the poki is less than mediocre. They do not have the standard toppings that you will find at a poki place like the pickled cucumbers and such. Another thing I noticed was that the fish was room temperature, very off putting when eating raw fish. The crab meat was very heavy on the mayo and was almost in eatable with a second scoop. I also thought that charging 1 dollar for the amount of avocado they provide is steep given it's free at most poki places. The staff was very very nice and the location is clean. This place rocks !!! We drove here from Elsinore and it was well worth the drive . The staff ( Jeremy) was super friendly and the food was great ! You get a lot for your money. The place was very clean and had a good crowd in line ordering food . This is our second time getting this type of food in a bowl , we usually get sushi at least once a week and it cost 3x as much . This is sushi grade fish here and everything was very very fresh and tasty ! I don't know if this is a constant thing, the person didn't care, or really liked me but they serve really good sized portions of the protein. I only got a regular bowl and that felt like it should've been a large. The fish tastes fresh and the music was on point (hitting that old school 90s hip hop jams). Not crowded in the sitting area, but there were a lot of people coming in and out. The crab meat's a free topping (for now I feel) and they are not shy about it. The poke craze continues. Poki Poki falls into the middle of the road for me. Fish was fresh. Quantity was standard. Served in the cheapest of styrofoam bowls. Customer service is acceptable but many of the employees look like they would rather be anywhere else. Decorations​ and visual theme lacked. Toppings and seaweed salad looked low quality as well. I went and picked up 2 Poki bowls about an hour ago. The guy who is always working is so nice and a people person. (sorry forgot his name) Today there was a girl helping I havent ever seen before. She was so unpleasant, the meanest look on her face. I was trying to talk to her when she was doing my toppings but she would not acknowledge me, she was rushing & there was only 1 other person in there already being helped, but as I was walking out I noticed her eating her food at a table so maybe she was hangry? Lol I spent over $30 on 2 bowls, 1 small & a regular. Paid extra for double avocado & it was so brown & rotten in the middle of the scoop of avo, the outside was green. Both bowls were this way. You shouldnt charge at all if its old. This is my go to place for Poki bowls, my only complaint every time is they are always rushing. They always forget the sides because their trying to get u out the door ASAP even when their not busy. Being fast is one thing but being rushed to the point your forgetful is another. The 3 stars is for the unfriendly girl with the permanent scowl on her face. If your this miserable you should go find work elsewhere. You should learn that when it comes to customer service you leave all your issues at the door, be pleasant and put a smile on your face when your helping customers. If you didnt want to speak to me you could have at least just smiled, but to completely ignore your customer is unacceptable. I frequent this place often! In fact, it has been my "go to" for Poke. Lately, I am very disappointed with the staff and the tiny portions they are serving. 95% of the bowls are rice. My other complaint is the cost. When I get the exact same toppings and everything each time, why does the cost vary? We will find another "go to" from now on. read more
