We tried this place for the first time on an early Sunday afternoon. Upon first walking in, I found the place to be very clean with simple decor. We were greeted by two employees with genuine smiling faces. Those are big pluses in my book! The menu is pretty straight-forward and the toppings were nicely labeled. I chose shrimp as my protein and was very pleased with how it tasted in my bowl as well as the portion size. I loved the variety of toppings. My personal favorite was that they had pineapple. Not all Poki restaurants carry this item but I LOVE it in my bowl! I also enjoy avocado in my bowl. While it is an additional charge ($1) I felt it was worth it because the avocado was perfectly ripe and creamy. Also, often times other places charge more than $1. I ordered bowls for my whole family for a birthday. The servings, scoops and bowls have shrunk by 30%. Since they are more expensive than the other poki place in town I was not expecting all of their portions to shrink. My star rating shrunk in proportion to their servings. read more

First time here and this place is really good. A little pricier than I thought for a salad bowl. If your on a diet google the calories I did salad versus rice and that reduced my calories and carbs dramatically. People think sushi fresh veggies but it's the rice that will get you. I'm giving 4 stars mainly because when I asked for extras of veggies on a $13 salad it was small and I felt uncomfortable with the server as she looked at me with a "like really" look. I love the unlimited toppings here, and the fish has always smelled fresh and tasted delicious. Their portions are generous, produce and fish are of good quality, and overall they produce a very delicious bowl. My only complaint is that they do not use sushi rice, and previously I have been served very warm rice. This is a health hazard when being served with raw fish. I prefer to order ahead. My rice will be at a safe temperature and they've always mixed/added the toppings and fish once I've arrived. read more

This place is so good! I've been back a few times now and the girls are kind of stiff but still make good bowls. The owners seem nice and appreciative of customers. The bowls are bomb! Usually, we go around dinner time & out of convenience of wanting sushi but not wanting to drive far we ended up here because the flavors are great. Our group size: 3 adults and 1 child. What I didn't know was that there is a child's size teriyaki chicken bowl option available but it's not listed on the menu. So don't be afraid to ask. It's great topped with tempura crisps. Open until 9PM...... Bowl sizes: regular = 3 scoops protein Large=4 scoops of protein As a hungry adult don't let the number 3 haunt you as being too little to not satisfy you. It is more than plenty, especially if you get rice as a base......make it brown rice and wham you'll feel even fuller longer. The servers are nice too; there is a younger boy working there who one day suggested a small change mixing in cucumbers and green onions in the poke sauce and proteins and it made a huge difference in the taste. Sometimes switching things up isn't so bad! And as with poke......once you figure out your unique tastes/combinations and order exactly what you like HOW you like it then the food is always pretty great. Tried this place for the first time tonight...I love that it is in my neck of the woods and I don't need to go across town for a good poke bowl. The staff is friendly and offer me samples to try since it was my first time there. The restaurant is clean, floors and tables as well. There is no fishy smell, food bins are clean and stocked, fish is not sitting in juices which is VERY NICE. Portion sizes are good for the price. Regular bowl comes out $10.89 but you get 3 scoops of your choice. I gave 4 stars out of 5 only because the presentation of the bowl could look a bit nicer/ organized. I'm a true believer in "you eat with your eyes". This place is new and I'm sure they will adjust as they go. The employees are very friendly and willing to help you make your poke bowl as you move down the line. The restaurant is very clean. So first of all let me say that I have tried all the Poke places in town more than once and Poki Point by far is the best out of all of them! I love the freshness of the food here and I love how they offer more variety on the toppings compared to other Poke restaurants. Also, the hospitality they have at this restaurant is great, I'm always greeted with a smile and nice welcome.
