The options here aren't the same as the one in Bakersfield. This location has boba drinks, which I LOVE. I ordered a regular poke bowl. They were very generous in their portions not strict like the Bakersfield location. The food tasted really good. The employees greeted us when we walked in and were super nice. Loved the service! It was my first time wish they would have told me how to order I had to guess on some, also they should say if you ask for extra the cost for additional scoops. Love the food there but it's a hit and miss. Depends on who is working that day. Workers forget to pack everything in the order and it sucks when you live a town over and have to drive 15 min back and forth to pick up your missing items. I've given this place multiple chances, but I can't trust them anymore. I'm lactose intolerant and always pay extra for oat milk. The last time I ordered, I got sick and realized they must have given me regular milk. A few weeks later, I decided to give them another try. I specifically asked them to confirm it was oat milk, and they assured me it was. Unfortunately, I still experienced the same stomach issues afterward. That being said, the drinks here are actually really good, the boba has a nice texture, and the flavors are great. I wouldn't have kept coming back if the quality wasn't there. But if you have dietary restrictions or food sensitivities, be cautious. Either they're not actually using oat milk, or there's serious cross-contamination happening. As always, excellent staff and delicious food. You have the choice to order drinks at the self-service kiosk so you do not have to wait, which is a great idea. There is plenty of seating areas, which makes it a great place to sit and eat. The only thing that would make it 5 stars is having free wifi. Delano needs more places that offer free wifi and Pokeland would be a great place to be able to study/ do some work!! read more

I never write reviews, but I just had to for this one. I went here a couple days ago and there is a tall blonde white girl that works there and her costumer service is OFF. Her voice is completely monotoned, and she did not smile once. The way she treated her coworker DISGUSTED me. Another girl (I think she was maybe new. She was short and Mexican) helped me with my toppings, and the blonde girl tried to take over and ripped the spoon out of the other workers' hand while she was serving my toppings!The other girl was doing just fine! Dined in and overheard her lecturing the other workers on how to be better, as if she's any good herself. Unbelievable. I'm not sure if the blonde was a manager, but if this is the way the upper staff treats their employees, I will not be coming back again. Just felt absolutely terrible with her energy. And it's sad because the food was great. If the managers think costumers don't notice how they treat their staff, they're wrong read more
