Came in on a Monday around noon. They have The Dave Matthew's Band playing so I knew I was in love already. I had the salmon cerviche and the spicy tuna roll. Everything is fresh and tasty. Although they are located in a shopping center with a tiny dining area you shouldn't under estimate this place. Service is super fast and friendly. Even though the place is a little small it doesn't stop me from going in. The food is amazing and fresh. I have no complaints especially when it's so close to home and the prices are fairly decent way more than decent than most places. I was overjoyed when I saw this place open. I used to live on Hawaii and all I used to have to do was go to the meat area at the grocery store and order my poke by the pound. The closest poke bowl places here are almost an hour away. The restaurant is located in a busy shopping center. There is a martial arts school nearby so parking in the evenings on weekdays is very challenging. The restaurant itself is small. I think it's actually been a few different types of restaurants before the poke stop took over. There's probably about 7 tables total in the restaurant. My son and I went right around 12 pm on a Sunday. I believe they open at 12 pm on Sundays. The restaurant was already full when we got there. We took the last open table. While sitting there I saw many people walk in then walk out again because there was no seating left. We ordered the Tako Yaki, spicy ahi bowl and tonkatsu ramen. All were excellent!!! I don't think the noodles in the soup were ramen noodles but the broth and chashu were on point. The ahi sushi bowl consisted of Spicy Tuna Mix, imitation crab salad, Avocado, Seaweed Salad, Futokaki, Masago, Scallion, Nori, Fried Onion (Spicy Mayo, Eel Sauce) on White Rice. It was delicious! Both items are reasonably priced. The ramen was $10 and poke bowl $12. Overall great experience at the poke stop. My suggestion is, if the restaurant is full place a to go order. read more

We tried Poke Stop for the first time today and I have to say it was amazing! The interior decor was so creative and unique. I love the fact that they wallpapered comics, it gives the place such a nice edge. Now for the food- OH EM GEE. I was pleasantly surprised by the food, I honestly thought the place was going to be one of those places that looks cute with the decor but their food would be sub par but NOPE, the food was AH-MAZING! We started off with the eggrolls which were perfectly crispy and tasted fresh, not like it was frozen and then deep fried. We then got the spicy ahi poke bowl which was again, AH-MAZING. I was a little hesitant to try because I never tried a poke bowl with seaweed salad in it, but I have to say it gave it such a nice texture to the bowl and I really enjoyed it! Even my 6 year old loves the bowl! We also got the Godzilla roll without cream cheese, which was also delicious. The different sauces they used with the roll complimented the flavors so well. Not pictured- we also ordered the Tonkatsu ramen (no veggies) because it was for my 7 year old son and he devoured the bowl! Such great and flavorful broth and the meat did not taste super fatty. Also not pictured that we ordered was the Hawaii roll. It was the perfect amount of spice to give the roll a nice kick but not overpowering. Also the roll tasted fresh! What a surprise from this casual dining spot. I ordered two poke dishes to go. Prices are about $13 a plate which is fair considering a single specialty sushi roll cost that much. I tried both the spicy tuna and the hybrid (tuna/salmon) and the flavors were spot on with the right amount of sweet heat. The small jalapeños in the hybrid pack a punch, which I really appreciate, it made everything seem fresh. At first, the to go plate didn't look like much, but between the nice cuts of fish, rice, and added a stuffers I thought the portions were fair for the price point. This is one of my personal favorite Poke restaurants. They have all the best ingredients for my bowl! I'm a sauce person. Their Shoyu sauce is the bomb! Every time we have gone, or I've picked up: ingredients are fresh and they have all we want! I will say, my husband prefers BIG shrimp in his bowl, and that's the only "complaint" he has. My son William and I stopped in today after a long day of playing games at Sci Fi Factory. We chose Poke Stop because we've never had Poke or been to this restaurant. We were greater right away and told to pick any seat. So of course we did. My son ordered water and I chose sweet tea. Before the young gentlemen left I switched to a Strawberry Green Tea with both boba and strawberry popping boba. I received a sweet tea anyway, but the nice waiter apologized and gave us the tea and brought me the right tea. It didn't have the regular boba, only the popping boba. I didn't complain as it tasted great as is. Plus he gave us a free soft drink. So he took our order we got Gyoza as an appetizer and my son and I order a poke bowl. He chose a Kraken bowl and I chose the West Coast bowl. We received the appetizer and it looked so good we ate it before I could take a picture.... and it tasted as good as it looked!!! We then got our entrees. My son and I shared a bite of each other's bowls, and agreed they were both great! Despite the snafoo with the drinks, the service was kind and prompt. The server was present when he needed to be and away when he was supposed to be. He checked on our dinners after we received them, the young lady who made and brought my boba tea checked on us and asked us how our meal was. As did a gentleman from the kitchen who I interpreted to be the manager. I did get charged for the boba but since it was only .50 I didn't even bring it up. This was our 2nd time coming to this restaurant. The services were both phenomenal and the food reminds me of hawaii. They really take pride of their customer service and accommodated my 10 year old by seperating the sauces just incase its too spicy for his taste. Can't wait to come back again. Overall a close poke restaurant when you have a craving. Is it the best? Uhm no. My most recent visit I ordered through Yelp and picked it up. One spicy Ahi bowl and one custom bowl. Let me just say that the specialty bowls always look so full but the specialty bowls look very sad even if you load it up. The flavors for the specialty bowls are very good and I recommend eating at the restaurant because getting it togo and eating it after it sits in the fridge for a couple of hours? Eh. The rice gets quite hard even when it's been covered in the container all day. On my previous visits where I have both dined in and got it to go I've had good experiences. The restaurant is on the small side but that shouldn't stop you from taking in the atmosphere. The karaage could use a bit more of a kick but it's still good. I've had their ramen a couple times and it's pretty average. The soft boiled eggs are pretty good. But everything else is just sub par to me. If I don't feel like driving all the way to Dallas or Downtown Fort Worth I'll get some ramen here but it's just not worth the $11-12 for me. Their poke bowls on the other hand are amazing.
