Absolutely delicious sushi! The tuna belly and the Hamachi Zest roll were my favorites, but you could tell all the fish was very high quality. I loved the spice level in the Devil's Breath roll as well. Highly recommend checking this spot or if you haven't yet! They have a variety of sushi options from raw to cooked rolls, as well as, traditional and speciality sashimi and nigiri. We actually stopped in for this reason, because I needed sushi but can only have cooked rolls right now. We ordered 4 rolls with my favorites being the Spider and Dragon rolls. Such a nice find on our trip to Fort Worth for a cheer competition! I was nervous to go for a land-locked location for sushi and two other places had insane wait times. The gentleman who answered the phone confirmed he could reserve a table for the two of us even though there was no wait at the time, to ensure we'd be ok by the time our Uber arrived to take us. The staff was unbelievably friendly down to earth and gives off a family owned feel. Prices were very reasonable! Loved what we ordered, I got the Lilly roll and another roll that started with an H that had citrus which was phenomenal, and my daughter loved her roll and miso soup. I wish they were part of DoorDash because the very next night she wanted it again but we had to choose another sushi place since we had to wake up super early for our flights and didn't want to uber. Round trip would've made it pricey for us. But if we come back to Fort Worth I would definitely come back, maybe with a rental car convenience to keep the good meals coming! read more

The food was Mid you can tell they've tried to make the place a little more upscale but the quality does not match the price point in my opinion. I dined alone and ordered a coke, which came in a can and I actually prefer that to fountain drinks, for rolls i ordered the Hawaii roll, shrimp tempura, and two pieces of tuna nigiri. A little of everything The rolls were small, but much more on the traditional Japanese maki side I'd say You're not going to get American sushi here that is colossal with lots of toppings! I have not had sushi rolls this good in a while. Little Lilly Sushi has been here for 20 years and it shows. All the ingredients are fresh (the restaurant gets their fresh fish supply every 2-3 days), down to the wasabi. I could tell that the wasabi was fresh by how grainy it is and the flavor really stands out while being not too intense. Our waiter, Joe, said that the wasabi is made fresh every day. Also, Joe is such a helpful and friendly waiter; he explained all the dishes very well and gave us amazing recommendations. On top of everything, the price was really reasonable for such high quality ingredients. Our wagyu/fresh blue crab roll was only $16 for 8 mouthful pieces (see picture below). The beef flavor really stood out and the meat itself is just so juicy and tender. The shop is also super cute and a great date night destination. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would 100% go back again very soon. read more

Table seating, sushi bar and patio seating available. I went on a Saturday around 7 and there wasn't a huge wait for 3 people. Brussel sprouts are fried. Salmon tower (instead of tuna tower). It's songood and even better that ita lumps od crab instead of imitation crab. Hamachi zest roll was okay 2023 roll - I recommend. The crunchy garlic chili oil really tops it off. Masunosuke crudo was raw salmon sashimi on ponzu was really good too. Tuna taco - really good! Its rare for me to find spicy tuna that's not fishy and this is not fishy at all. The flavor really goes together well! My only complaint is a tiny thing of fresh pickled wasabi was $4!! I have worked over in this area for 10+ years and never knew this place was here! Not surprising as it's a tiny little blink-and-you'll-miss-it place. Hubs loves sushi and we were looking for a new place we'd never been to before so we came here for father's day. It wasn't busy when we arrived at lunch time so we were seated right away. There are maybe 5-7 tables, several chairs seated around the sushi chefs, and a room with a large table if you dine with a big party. Our waitress great and very attentive. I ordered the hot saki which was yummy and had me feeling quite nice by the end! The boys ordered 3 sushi rolls: Cali '69, Rocky, and I can't remember the name of the 3rd. Everything tasted fresh and the sauces provided were a nice touch. I ordered the teriyaki chicken bento box which came with a small salad, miso soup, rice, chicken and veggies. The salad was so so so good! The dressing, tasted like a peanut dressing, was the star and I could probably drink it! The miso soup was very good as well and the chicken was tender. I thought the menu had plenty of options so that everyone in my party was able to find something they liked. The one thing that was slightly disappointing is the portion size. The edamame starter was good as well, I got it with the chili-garlic paste. The sushi was good too but I don't know if I found the sushi roll for me. We got the rocky roll and it was okay. The menu had many rolls - after picking a few- I placed an order for pick-up. The rolls were pricey. The location is quite small but had plenty of parking. Few of the rolls had an odd taste - as if the fish was not fresh. This was the case because later in the day - my stomach was upset. Ooooh man. I hadn't been here in a long time. Way too long! I was so happy we found ourselves nearby, hungry, and within a "Winnie's happy" window. We popped in around 1pm on a Friday and were immediately sat near the entrance with a high chair for Winnie. We scanned the QR code for our menu and the waitress let us know that they'd be able to make most items gluten free. We ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio for me, a popular Japanese beer for Jon (forgive me for forgetting the name), steamed edamame with Japanese sea salt, the Edo Roll: spicy tuna, asparagus, and avocado topped with togarashi seared tuna and accompanied by a honey miso dressed salad, and the Hamachi Zest Roll: toasted garlic-sesame seasoned salmon and avocado topped with yellowtail, yuzu ponzu, lemon zest, and scallions. Ugh. Perfection. Every piece of fish was so fresh and buttery and beautiful. We asked for tamari for me (gluten free soy sauce) and a side of wasabi and pickled ginger. Everything was incredibly delicious and prettily prepared. This is a relatively tiny restaurant centered around the sushi bar, so you can see the sushi chefs artfully preparing items from most seats, always using beautiful fresh fish and produce and house made sauces. Unfortunately we had another stop to make where we knew we'd be eating, otherwise we'd have ordered many more items. I really want to try the Masunosuke Crudo: king salmon, white balsamic soy, extra virgin olive oil, fennel pollen salt, and cracked pepper. How good does that sound? I also plan to try the Sayuri Roll: lump blue crab and cucumber topped with garlic-seared albacore, pickled shishito, and yuzu ponzu. YUM. I've also been eyeballing the Chirashi: 12 pieces of assorted sashimi, tamagoyaki, and pickled vegetables over sushi rice. Yes!! The staff here Is sweet and speedy and the seafood is so SO stellar. Talented sushi chefs, supportive and knowledgeable staff, big beautiful pieces of sashimi, super sweet uni, tasty stir-fry noodles, juicy fried chicken, and properly chilled sake. Also, Little Lilly has just been renovated because of fire. Please come support and welcome them back in business! If you've read my other reviews, you probably know by now I have kids. I always try to include them when traveling or dining out. I hope they will do the same when I'm old and wrinkly, but if not it's okay kids, NO pressure. Kids are 90% of the time well behaved so I at least want to find a place that's okay for kids to join. I read from another review that Little Lilly has high chairs and also noticed there is cooked food. I then went and read their business description and there it is, Little Lilly was named after the owner's granddaughter. How sweet. I bet they would be nice to kids and yes! They went way beyond my expectations. The fried chicken was so good. We haven't even read the menu but they recommended getting it right away as it takes time to fry and cool down a bit. With impatient little human beings, this was definitely a smart move. Truly appreciate the little trick to keep kids happy. We ordered stir-fry chicken with noodles and that was really enough for my 2 younger kids. My husband and I like sashimi and we were so amazed by the uni.
