Poke Crew is very clean and bright. I got my bowls very quickly and they looked all colorful. You can build your own bowls if the menu doesnt not fit your flavors. Highly recommended for those pursuing efficiency and tasty meals.‍ ＊Double Dragon w/ Lettuce The sauce of Double Dragon was quite spicy but it matched well with tuna and salmon, yet I would prefer a lighter sauce like wasabi or almond sauce in order to taste the freshness or fish and veggies. ＊ Crab Salad w/ Kale Noodles ＊ Tofu Avocado w/ Kale Noodles Kale noodles were amazing - no carbs option for those who are on keto diet. Mixing the crabmeat, fishroes and kale noodles hit the spot tremendously well. Will definitely reorder this if I visit Poke Crew again. My Recommendations: Crab Salad w/ Kale Noodles Worth Returning? Yes

There are only a few seats lined up against the wall (bar style) and one table of 4. There is a piano too, and they have a sign saying they teach piano. As small as it is the menu is even smaller with maybe 10 food items. But they sell authentic Hawaiian coffees and special grains of Asian rice. Many choices of smoothies & juices as well. Them mango smoothie was a nice size and delicious! I ordered my food to go and had a very short ride so the good was still hot. We tried the Hawaiian Garlic shrimp. Small size was plenty as it had 7 shrimp over sticky rice with some mixed vegetables in a cheesy buttery sauce. It had nice flavor. Also tried was the Hawaiian Ahi Bowl ( poke) which had plenty of fresh tuna with same veggies. Again a small size was plenty. Lastly I tried the Musubi which is a slice of Spam on top of a bar of cooked sticky rice with seaweed paper around it to get it together. Hawaii has been the # consumer of Spam for many years so I had to give it a try. The salty, smokey flavor of the "meat" along with he sticky rice was a good combo, but the seaweed wrap just gave it a slight fishy taste I could do without. I would say to try U'I for a change up for when you are in the mood for Asian food.

We generally hit up the place for a quick lunch when we're out and about in Westchester County shopping. My favorite is their custom poké bowls, which you can build with your favorite base (rice, greens), fill with your favorite seafood proteins (salmon, tuna), and top with your just about any poké topping you can think of! As for atmosphere, the place is quaint and has the feel of a "ma & pal" joint. In other words, the interior isn't anything to write home about, but the staff is friendly and inviting and quick to welcome you in for some tasty poké or sushi! If you're dining in, they have both a small dining room and some outdoor tables for when the weather's nice outside. They also do a lot business through takeout and delivery if that's your jam.

FOOD (3/5) - Pork Katsu Cutlet Lunch Special (Main, $13.95, 3/5) - Could've been better. Pork was cooked carelessly - some way overcooked, crisped into oblivion such that the meat was turned dark brown and dry, while some were passable with breading falling off. Spring roll was mushy, and rice was put in a hurry. Side salad and california rolls were decent and miso soup was just there. They overall tasted alright and it is a good value esp. with soup & salad. I wished they would put 10% more and charge $16 instead because quantity left me wanting. - Hamachi and Salmon nigiris (Main, $2.50/pc, 4/5) - I had to try their sushi as it looked nice and fresh right in front of me. Both did not disappoint: fresh & silky fish with rice just right. They weren't out of the world though and slightly expensive for what they were. Overall I left satisfied, but I also spent close to $25 w/ tax just for myself because lunch special quantity was slightly lacking and I sub'd with expen$ive sushi. That said, I think Hikaru offers a pretty good quality and value for the locals - check them out next time you're in the area.
