Custom salmon poke bowl

Truly amazing experience here. My partner and I have made it a mission to try as many poke bowl places and this has been the best one so far. The sauces are amazing and the selection as a whole is delectable. The workers were so kind and helpful even as we ran into some difficulty with payment. Ambience was so nice, honestly a very pleasant atmosphere. The only thing is that you order first and then they make the bowl, which is probably not the best way to run a poke bowl shop. Still, though, we will definitely be coming back!

Glad I tried this place. Better than I was expecting. Good size portions for the prices. Fast and friendly service. It does have some seating indoors. Order on the touch screen inside or on your phone only. Cashless. I will be back for sure.

Finally decided to try this place ever since we went to the Gochi sushi main restaurant. So...I had some sort of expectations but was a bit disappointed. I did the Build your own bowl and the Roxie started at $14, veggies are free but lots of options were additional prices which was def on the expensive side for a poke bowl. It tasted fine, good portion but compared to the other poke places I'm not that impressed. It was clean but there was no character to the place. You order on a computer screen and there's a guy making all the orders. He was friendly.

Come hungry. They offer a great meal pa ked with all your favorite toppings. I went with build Your Own bowl my rice was a little al dente but still good then I went to town adding my toppings. Salmon tossed in poke sauce and topped with Seaweed Salad and other veggies and fruit then drizzled with spicy mayo and eel sauce. Very hardy meal and refreshing

I think the staff made my bowl taste better. You can order whatever in your poke bowl, and they will assist if you don't know. Super friendly and helpful in selecting toppings and suggestions. My portion was pretty good for the price as well. Poke bowl looked good, fish was fresh, and filling.

Poke By Gochi just opened in Winter Garden. It is owned by the same owners as Gochi Japanese Kitchen. Gochi Japanese Kitchen relocated down the street and Poke By Gochi moved into the old space. I placed a takeout order and was impressed by their new system of ordering. It's all done by a touch screen that guides you through the process and takes payment. I ordered a salmon poke bowl ($14.00) and upgraded one of my sides to avocado with a $1.00 up charge. The finished product was delicious. The salmon was fresh and adding avocado was a good choice. There was no wait and the service was helpful and friendly. I see myself returning often.

It's great to finally have a poke bowl spot close to the downtown Winter Garden area. It's something I've been waiting on for a while so I was very keen on trying Poke by Gochi as soon as I heard about it. This poke bowl restaurant is located at Gochi Sushi's old location, right next to Tijuana Flats. They did a great job remodeling the location, decor is bright and inviting. At the moment there is only signage on the door as you can still see the old Gochi Sushi sign on the building. This is a cashless biz, so you can order and pay at the station when you walk in or scan the QR code at the door and use your phone. I chose to do the latter since it was one thing less I had to touch in a public space. Also, if you want to save some time I'd recommend ordering in advance for takeout. I found the menu to be a little limited at this time but figured that might just be until they figure things out. At first impression I was taken aback by pricing. Other poke bowl locations in Orlando often offer different bowl sizes with 2+ proteins so you can choose your portion and price. Also their toppings were a bit lacking (no mango?). I found $14 for a bowl with only 1 protein to be quite expensive. At a different restaurant I could get a large bowl with 3 proteins at that price. Total check ended up being $17 with up charges, tax and tip. Might not end up being a frequent lunch spot for some folks. The bowl itself was delicious, the greens could've been a bit fresher but overall I enjoyed the flavors. I really want this place to succeed since I've been waiting so long for a spot like this to open. I look forward to trying it again once grand opening kinks have been sorted.

Kind of like a high quality chipotle but for poke. Completely customizable, fast, and excellent. Highly recommend!

Very happy there is officially a poke place in WG! I came in to order and they were touch screens only. It was time consuming to go through each screen one by one. The food was good but not amazing. Pretty basic but optimistic it will improve in future because they are new.

I was excited to see Gochi changed their sushi restaurant into a poke bowl place. I finally had the chance to try it and it was less than mediocre. There was zero flavor and not enough toppings to choose from. I was asked for here or to go and I chose to eat there. They put it in a to go box and it was very difficult to eat out of. I hope the owners will read the reviews and take into account the things that need to be changed because they are lovely people. It was also kinda pricy for the quality.

Very plain flavor

The surrounding area just adds to it, great town, great people, and an all-around awesome scene. And here's the kicker: if your friend isn't into oysters, no problem--there's a full food court right next door with plenty of options. Not a beer drinker? The fresh horseradish, mignonette, and crackers are always a great pairing, and those crackers are still so incredibly buttery. Sad to say that I'm bumping this place down to 2 stars only because we visited on a Thursday after seeing on their instagram that they did happy hour $30/dozen on Wednesday and Thursday (posted on February 2nd, and in their instagram bio) only to be charged full price. I asked and he said it was on Wednesday only, which is fine, but they should definitely update their social media.

Rachel helped us and she was very nice and was able to multi task by being attentive to us while making A LOT of drinks. The Dragonfruit No-Hito was DELICIOUS! (Mocktail). We ordered the bang bang chicken off the happy our menu and it was good. Not like the shrimp... but it was good. We ordered their $45.99 meal for 2 which comes with a soup or salad, 4 pieces of seafood and 2 premium sides. I had the Caesar salad and my friend had the chowder soup. Both were tasty as well. For the main dish, the meal comes with ahi tuna, mahi mahi, salmon and shrimp. We ordered the Au Gratin Potatoes and the Brussels sprouts. Blake was very observant and asked if everything was fine with our food as we do not eat Ahi Tuna. He was very nice in letting us choose another piece of fish to substitute. Between how good the food was along with the phenomenal customer service, i will be going back.

We were fortunate that we were able to find two seats at the bar, but other than that it was packed the entire time we were there. I opted for the old-fashioned cedar plank, salmon with asparagus and jasmine rice. It was delicious. The salmon was perfectly seasoned and that cherry glaze was amazing. I also had a bees knees cocktail as well as the Winter Cosmo. Both were delicious My husband got the fillet and lobster combo with broccoli and mashed potatoes again the food was delicious really well done. He also got a smoked old-fashioned and it was perfect. Now we did opt to get an appetizer because during their social hour select appetizers are only seven dollars. We got the banging chicken bites and it had been a while since we've gotten even the banging shrimp but the recipe definitely feels like it had changed as it was not nearly as spicy as it used to be. Overall, our server was phenomenal, and we enjoyed our experience.

So much of Orlando is dominated by very average chains but Ocean Prime stands out as one of the better ones imo. Upscale with a bit of a trendy modern feel. Food (4.5/5) - Extensive selection of seafood-dominated mains and appetizers, but also complimented by upscale steaks, sides and salads. Hamachi Crudo - Hamachi pieces with pickled mango, sweet peppers, cilantro, sesame ginger vinaigrette - outstanding appetizer - hamachi was very fresh and the mix in the crudo just works so well together. We enjoyed it so much we ordered another one instead of dessert at the end of the meal lol. Oysters On the Half Shell - had half a dozen of the west coast ones and they were pretty good... fresh and flavourful but not briney. The chef knew that my wife and I were sharing the dish, so he was nice enough to add extra fries. We could tell that our meal was fresh & cooked to order. My only complaint that I have is that with Covid-19 restrictions in place during the event, I was surprised to see the operators of the food truck serving customers without face coverings. Also, there was no hand sanitizer available, and the condiments were organized in a way that anyone could cross-contaminate the packages. We would return to Willy T's in the future because the owners are friendly and the food is delicious; however, I recommend that the business take more serious Covid-19 precautions during these events to encourage consumer confidence in purchasing their product.
