We love Poke Hana! It's our favorite poke spot in the area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We usually order custom bowls with rice, salmon, and Maui sauce. They have a huge variety of toppings to choose from like pineapple, wasabi, edamame, seaweed salad, avocado, cucumbers, green onions, and so many more. You can really make your bowl exactly how you like it. We also love the spam musubi and usually order at least two each. One of the workers helped give me suggestions for his favorite musubi. I ended up getting the spicy tuna, super tasty. Walking through the door I was very surprised by how dark the establishment is. Ordered from this location this evening for dinner. Opted for the fire island spicy tuna taco, the shark bite spicy salmon taco, and a kalua pork/hula chicken custom bowl. The tacos are out of this world good. Made with rice shells, they are flavorful and packed with protein. So so good! The bowl was decent. The pork was a bit dry but the chicken was very good. Had lunch here today. The food was good the service and cleanliness not so much. The young lady that made my bowl didn't even offer a greeting just a what do you want scenario. She made my bowl with meats and base then instead of finishing with toppings, asked me to wait so she can start the next person. I thought that was unnecessary, having to wait for the next guests... The food was good. Bowl is kind of small for $15 but good. My concern was the cleanliness of the kitchen. My chicken was chopped on a dirty cutting board, there were food chunks everywhere and two gentlemen working in the kitchen with no hair restraints and one had no gloves. This place used to have really friendly staff and veggie friendly options, I walked in yesterday around 6 pm and the back was a mess, cutting board with knife and meat out, not washed. Worker put on his gloves before starting my order but did not wash his hands. Normally other staff members wash their hands before putting on gloves. I have a meat allergy I am sensitive to, so I wanted to watch my food be prepared to make sure there would be no cross contamination, the staff member with very long hair seemed to be very annoyed I wanted to watch MY food be prepared, the person at the cashier even called out at me to pay when I've always waited for it to be finished to then pay. I don't think this place is veggie friendly after this experience and I will not be coming back. read more

The ticket was correct, but the order was way off, and it is so inconvenient to drive back over there every time (and this is not the first time). We really enjoy coming to this Poke spot if we are ever in the Disney/Windermere area. Although for ME it's not as good as a couple other spots in central Florida, it does get the job done. Items we love here, the Spam Musubi (10/10) the Tuna Nachos, and my wife loves the Samurai Salmon, while I like the Maui Wowie (Who doesn't love Hawaii!) Every time we've gone the folks at the counter are super nice and price wise it's pretty standard (15-17 a bowl unless you have add ons). Some folks have talked about the rice plates, but for me - I tend to just stick with Poke Bowls at a Poke restaurant! read more

They have poke bowls, rice plates, rice tacos, açaí bowls and lite bites such as nachos, musubi, mochi and other sides. They are located in the shopping center between 535 and Winter Garden Vineland. The space is smaller and seems to have a good flow. Everyone there was so nice and wanted to help with any questions we may have had. I chose to build my own poke bowl which offers you a base, 2 proteins (octopus is an additional $1.00), sauce and any toppings (there is an up charge to some of them). Great food especially if you're in the mood for something very different! The cuisine is very Hawaiian, Polynesian even latin island inspired. Love the ambience and vibrance of this restaurant, made it a pleasure to sit down and eat. The menu was kinda hard to read especially if there are people waiting, but pretty self explanatory after the first visit. I love the offerings of octopus and other critters that you normal don't get to eat at a authentic fast food, quick service type as normally you gotta fine dine for items like these. Wife and I are on vacation for the week in Orlando. This was the first day of our trip, and what an awesome sight to see some local-style food all the way on the East Coast. I got the Maui Wowie and the wife got the California King. Both plates were great. Not the best flavoring on the ahi but still delicious. I also enjoyed the sides that were included. Specifically, the cucumber had a nice vinegar marinade on it, and the seaweed salad was awesome. Chicken in the California King was tender as well. Would definitely eat here again. read more

This is my favorite poke place. Their ingredients are ALWAYS fresh... I never have to worry about getting chewy fish here. They don't charge extras that typical places do like seaweed salad. Needed a quick bite to eat on a rainy Sunday afternoon and have wanted to try this place for a while now. The menu was easy to read and placing my order was simple, once I was standing in the right line haha. I tried the spicy nachos for $5 and the custom poke bowl for $14. I added crab salad for $1 extra and avocado for $1. Loved that they don't nickel and dime you on the toppings, other than a few add ons like the avocado and crab salad. I wasn't sure which sauce to try so I went with the spicy mayo on the side, along with regular soy sauce. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that they would charge me as if it was extra sauce so I won't do that again. The spicy tuna nachos were very tasty and a good deal for $5. There were several wonton chips with spicy tuna, sesame seeds jalapenos and a couple sauces drizzled on top. Crispy and delicious with a nice combination of textures. My custom loaded poke bowl was pretty good but I think I would prefer a different sauce next time. Possibly the Maui sauce. Next time, and yes there will be a next time, I plan to get the garlic shrimp and Mac salad. Both of those items looked so yummy. Can't wait to go back and try them again soon! read more

Definitely my favorite hawaiian option. Too bad it's far for me since I'm in Tampa. I love love love the garlic shrimp. It is the best, and I don't know where else to get it that way. I've been to their other location in downtown Orlando. It didn't disappoint the second time. This time I ordered it as a combo with poke and that was so good. Instead of macaroni salad I got mango and pineapple and mixed it all together with brown rice. I do love their Mac salad, but I wanted less carbs. Even though I got a spam musubi which has rice too. I come here way too often. This is a quick serve restaurant. The seating space inside is pretty small. I always get takeout, but the service is always quick, and they are nice. I've eaten here several times, and the fish always tastes fresh. The poke bowls are great! The topping options are top notch. I love it. Also, the spam musubis are big, hot, and so good! If you want a real Hawaiian experience, get the spam musubi, the butter mochi, and a Hawaiian Sun juice. My only criticism is that I would prefer the poke to be more like Hawaiian poke where the fish is sitting in the sauce soaking up flavor. Here, you pick the sauce, so the sauce is put on top of the fish. However, I've eaten at many poke places in Orlando and they all do it the same way they do it here. When you come back from a month in Japan and find that this is the only place that makes you not miss it, you know it's good. I've never tried a greater $/quality value poke place in my life. Poke Hana is the real deal with great fish quality, good sauces and sides, and great rice quality. Highly recommend grabbing a spam musubi on the side as well. Can't speak to authentic Hawaiian food, but this is probably the closest I've come while living in the South and visiting poke places on the West Coast. If you're worried about poke being too niche for your group or you've had a bad experience: I go with a younger group of co-workers all the time , those who love Asian food, those who are less adventurous, and have NEVER had someone have a bad experience. If everyone has brought their lunch and someone suggests Poke Hana, there's a 90% chance of abandonment for Poke Hana. It's a small place, so for smaller groups only, but take out is very efficient especially with online ordering and it holds up to-go. When ordering on Uber Eats the experience will never be the same as picking up in store but we have found that the Poke bowls have started becoming less fresh recently. The chicken mostly has been what has changed. Overall we enjoy the food, I usually stick to the fish in my bowls. The Pork Nachos are AMAZING. The sliders are good, and the pie is a great dessert. Update 3/2025 I keep going back to give this place second and third chances but always am disappointed with the service and my order not being correct. Ever since the new mgmt with new workers, things have been going downhill. The hula chicken is always dry and over cooked and they forget to include the spam musubi I paid for. Hope the owners see this and bring back the original workers from last year or two. Or do some serious oversight on the new workers that are too high to remember your order. read more

Both my partner and I did the create your own poke bowl. You get to choose 2 proteins (there's raw fish options for those that don't like that), a base, a sauce, and a toppings. I was sad because they didn't offer to add avocado, but I saw in photos that it's offered at the restaurant. However, my poke bowl was so yummy I didn't feel like I missed it. My bowl had raw tuna & salmon, edamame beans, mango, pickled cucumbers, crispy rice noodles, and fried onions. I had this over the half greens half brown rice with the Maui sauce. The Maui sauce seemed like a normal poke sauce that was really yummy! I also asked for a side of the shoyu sauce, which isn't supposed to be spicy, but I found it to be a bit so I didn't add it. My partner made his bowl with double hula chicken and really liked it. We also got an order of the butter mocha, which is like a little pound cake thing. It was SO good! Served hot and it was really great. Definitely try it. It's a light sweetness. We will definitely be ordering from here again.
