The Johnny Utah is my absolute go-to bowl. I love that I can customize it with additional toppings to change things up, and I'm always impressed by the generous serving sizes--I never leave hungry! The ahi tuna and shrimp had a slightly off smell to it, suggesting it wasn't as fresh as it could have been. The environment was clean and the options looked good. They don't give receipts, not even digital, which I don't like. Overall, I'd say I'd be back, but most likely not, as I'd prefer a place that seems to have fresher seafood. read more

Service was not very good. The person who made my bowl seemed upset to be helping me and didn't really want to put any of the toppings that came with my order. I wanted something easy but fresh and Poke Bros did not disappoint. I came for lunch on a Saturday and the place was empty. I ordered right away and found an empty table to eat. Inside, there are a few tables but most people got their bowls to go. Everything felt very clean and bright and the young lady who took my order was very polite and helpful. My review is for a delivery order that was placed at my work. I had never had a poke bowl and I had never heard of poke bros. I was very excited when one of the physicians I work with recommended this for a work party. I looked at the online menu and I made my decision to customize a bowl. I got a half marinated tuna and half spicy salmon with my base being white rice. I added the sriracha aioli, seaweed salad, avocado, sesame seeds, sweet onions, and cucumbers. Oh my goodness!!! Was it delish!!! I loved everything about my lunch. We were also impressed that they got all of our orders (about 15 bowls) correct and delivery was super fast. We were able to place the order on line and when we called to see if they could write everyone's name on the bowl they agreed to do it. Very impressed and I am definitely going to check them out. I go to the one off Naper blvd weekly but today came here cause it's closer but they charged me $3 extra for the same thing I get every time. I get a vegetarian bowl for$9 but add the $1 crab meat, they charged me $3 because it was my protein but that's not how it's supposed to work. to get the crab it's $1, I didn't ask for extra and they didn't give me extra but they charged me extra. makes no sense. My bowl is always $10.88 after tax today it was $13 n change for the same thing I ALWAYS get multiple times a week. I've gotten hooked on Poke more recently and when my first go to place sadly closed up, I was on the hunt for the next best Poke option. I've tried a few, and while all have been good, my main issue initially with a place or 2 would be not paying attention to my order. I like to try some of the spicier sauces sometime but like to only use a little of those since it may upset my stomach a little from time to time. A lot of other places when I would ask for the sauce on the side would either not even see it, or one time they added the sauce on it, then caught my note and gave me some on the side but non the less it had already been added to it. Then I luckily tried Poke Bros. I have gone to 3 of the locations and every single one(this location included as well) have paid attention to my order EVERY single time. At all 3 locations I've gone to every order I've placed, always asking for the sauces on the side have had them on the side every time. Not to mention all have had very fresh and delicious ingredients. Thank you Poke Bros for every location paying attention to your orders, taking the time to put my sauces on the side thus allowing me to try some sauces I may have otherwise never explored. My online order was on point, nothing was missed and everything was just the way ordered. The poke bowl was just enough to satisfy my hunger. There are options to double on the meat and other condiments if necessary (of course with an extra charge). The poke ingredients visually looked and tasted fresh which is also a plus. Overall, I had a positive experience with this new eatery and will definitely try out the rest of their menu. By the way, the shop was very clean and organized. The employees were friendly and wore masks. The front counter had a protective plastic barrier which shields the poke ingredients against unwanted contaminants. This was the absolute WORST poke bowl that I've ever had! I got the Shaka Bowl and it was a disaster. Usually poke bowls are a beautiful arrangement of tastes and flavors - this one was not ... it was a big mess. It was 3/4 rice and 1/4 toppings. When I looked down at my bowl I didn't see an array of enticing edibles ... I saw a huge blob of sauce - a light orange substance that tasted like thousand island dressing with a lot of extra mayonnaise thrown it and it was absolutely disgusting! It was way overpriced - I paid $25 for my daughter and I to have lunch ... which neither of us enjoyed. I could only eat about 1/4 of the bowl because it was that bad. And of course I regretted that because I had an upset stomach for hours after!!! Don't waste your money on this crap!! read more

Horrible customer service! I am an employee at a hospital and four staff members ordered Poke bowls. My bowl had chicken mixed with tuna and lettuce instead of rice. The restaurant got the entire order wrong and when I called they were rude and said "I was wrong." They did not offer anything in return and will never be visiting this horrible establishment again! read more
