The sauce was also great and slightly tangy. The tortilla used for the wrap was cold, which really didn't help and would have been much better if it were warmed. The wrap also could have been helped by having some more flavors/veggies or something as even though the sauce and chicken were good, it was overall pretty bland. That said, I'm excited about their food and I want to give them another try when they're not having to serve as an on site caterer without their proper truck.

Definitely worth checking out. There is no seating in this small spot, but the riverfront is nearby and there are picnic tables for when the weather is nice.

You are paying mostly for the rice as the container is composed of 90% rice and 10% hibachi items. Even if you get a lot of the hibachi you will still be disappointed. The sauce is way too salty from over saturation of soy sauce. The proteins are trimmed thinly to fool your eyes into thinking there's a lot of the protein you chose. Most of the hibachi is just veggies mostly composed of cucumbers and sometimes a tiny broccoli. While I understand these food carts charge their prices high to cover cost and operating for a long time in the carts, that does not justify the poor quality of the products. Do not go here.
